This is a well-run place. My grandma has been in for a week and the staff here is really kind, attentive and caring. I would recommend this place for any loved one. The food could be better, but it isn't too bad.

Grateful for Orange Grove Rehabilitation, Dr Song, front desk, nurses, concierge, staff behind the scenes, and sweet volunteers. So much patience and loving care towards the elderly who need nursing and rehabilitation support. We like the diverse care center to help with recovery. Not too big and not too small. Consistently clean and well maintained each time we visit. We especially appreciate the genuine love and gentleness towards our mother and all the patients. Thank you for the blessings and wonderful care for our mother! She tells me how much she likes nurse Jessica, Miguel, beautiful ladies and gentlemen, music, service, activities 7 days a week, concierge, coffee, juice, and food in the dining hall.πŸ’“πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜‡

I have been a caregiver for my neighbor for 2 1/2 years but she was becoming less capable of caring for herself full-time. We were given a great resource and were able to place her at The Grove. The staff are wonderful and caring. Their Social Worker Griselda is very helpful, patient and caring. The Director, Cameron, was extremely helpful when we hit a few snags in the road, and always greets me when I come to visit and inquires into my friend's progress. The activities are ongoing and there is a great rehab staff, including nurses, aids, and volunteers. I must not forget, Jessica and J.D. at the reception desk. Both are always there to assist and guide with a smile and a cheerful attitude. My friend and I are Blessed to have found the Grove. Thank you for all you do.

My Review is based of the Customer Service! First of all I am not sure how it was back in 2017-2022, but NOW in 2023 the building has had major changes. There is no carpet or older looking curtains, everything is very modern now. When you walk in, its like another building you've stepped into! The new paint, floors and awesome renovations make you feel welcomed! The warm Receptionist is always super Friendly! They have 4 young ladies that rotate and are all super sweet. Thank you Jessica, Jaydee, Mylia & Katherine for always being so chipper! The Executive director Cameron Denning is very easy going and easy to work with. Any questions or complaints, he is your MAN! He has an open door policy for residents, family and staff. You cannot find bosses like that anymore! To the Marketer and Admissions Coordinator: Andy Yang & Cheryl Maia Thank you for the wonderful tour! The building is NOTHING LIKE GOOGLE and your staff is super friendly! You can tell the kind of vibe they give out there. They have a gentleman who tans daily in the back patio or in the front and he is always giving compliments to those who pass by or visit. Lets be honest, no nursing home is 1000000% perfect, they are all FLAWED! With that being said, I have seen the care they give their residence. The Social Services Department: Gricelda Jaimes & Tracy Petero These lovely ladies go out of their way to ensure your loved one has a discharge plan and are all ready for set up when they do leave the building. I have never met more passionate ladies then these two! Residents are always visiting their offices to sit and chit chat. They have warm smiles and friendly voices. Thank you for explaining the ALW Program to us! We are all new to SNF life, but you make it so easy to understand!! If I have any complaints, it would be about a specific nurse who I feel could use an attitude adjustment! I understand that being a "CHARGE NURSE" is not easy, but that's what you signed up for. That's why you went to school and that's why you decided to work in this field!! So maybe if you present yourself with a better vibe, your team will be on board! As many times I have seen her at station 2, and with her demanding voice and short fuse, I hope things change and she may find something suitable that fits her personality!! Maybe being a nurse is NOT for you, young lady!! Lastly, Do i feel they lack care for the residence, NO! I have not seen that type of care from any of the nurses or CNAs! Again, no one is perfect. Working in healthcare is not easy! I know its not!!! There will be days life as a healthcare worker is far from perfect... However, we as human beings have to be appreciative too, we all have bad days!! DO I recommend this SNF to anyone whos looking... YES I DO!!! Ask for Cheryl in Admissions! She is such a sweetheart and will make the process so much easier! Tell her that Eddie sent you!! Until next time, stop by and take a look at this beautiful building!!

This place is very clean but I couldn't recommend taking loved ones here! My grandpa was there for about a week & I saw no improvement he got worse & to top it off nurses would bump into you without saying "excuse me"
