Very sad place. I was brought there for physical therapy rehab after being in the hospital for a week with pinched nerves in my back. The hospital had suggested that I stay in the hospital for another couple of days but it's further away from my family. My family and I had discussed it and thought going to this facility would be better because it was closer family. We thought aggressive pt would get me back on my feet faster than staying in the hospital.(hahaha I'll never think that way again) When i arrived i was brought into the main greeting are and was greeted by a few staff members wheeled to the wrong room then found my room down the hall. My bag was dropped off and we went for a tour of the "facility " I call it a tour of 2 connected rooms only. The elderly residents that were mobile were in 2 med size rooms. The larger of the 2 rooms had about 15 residents lined up 3 deep in wheelchairs the other room had about 7 residents at tables or in chairs playing i think bingo. Brought to my room that I was to share with a woman they said was 107 years old ( not sure how old she was) I was shown the room bath room that had what appeared to be a shower that had not been used or cleaned in many years along with the sink and toilet and is used as a storage area. I got into the bed they went over my body measuring every bump, scar, bruises and wrote them all down. Then they left the 2 pt members came in they seems very nervous like they could not wait to get out of the room. One of the left with no explanation and the other talked as she was walking away from me. Meet with 2 more women i asked if my meds were ordered and how would I receive them. I was told they had not arrived yet but they would borrow from others until they did. They left and I laid in bed for the next hr no came to check on me or the "107 year old" woman. Then texted my family to come get me. The asst director came in to see me and ask why my family was telling her they were coming to pick me up. I told her I was leaving i could not stay in such a sad place. She told me that I was not able to sign myself out and that I had to get a doctor to sign me out I told her no I would be signing myself out against medical advice and that she could not keep me there like a prisoner which she replied no you can't do that. I did sign myself out against medical advice (if asst directors really have medical authority than we're all in trouble) The facility now has my meds but not me. It won't let me post zero stars but that is what it should be.

The most amazing staff that truly treats the residents like family . I highly recommend this facility for rehab or long term care .

The entire staff at Orange Health Care is truly kind. Everyone who took care of my Grandpa did so with love, patience and grace. They are all helpful and offer you as much information and guidance as they possibly can. I took a lot of comfort knowing that he was cared fir so well.

My experience at Orange Healthcare is a positive one, My mom was at the center for about a month recovering from heart and lung issues. The staff was exceptional. I found her stay to be caring and well organized; and more importantly Mom too felt safe and comfortable in their care. She particularly enjoyed the PT staff during her recovery. Overall are experience was very good . I would recommend Orange Healthcare. to other family members.

The care and compassion provided at Orange Health and Rehabilitation are A+. My relative who was admitted following a serious illness has received excellent Physical Therapy and nursing care. The recreation programs are very well structured and encourage residents to participate in social settings.

My mother was there for two months after breaking a hip. The food was sub part (cold sandwiches for dinner, frequently), delivered at odd hours; her pain meds were frequently late, the whole place smells like urine, and they discharged her from the facility without pain meds because "they were out." This used to be a nice place. Clearly budget cuts have been passed on to the patients. I cannot recommend this for you or a family member.

My grandmother was at Orange Healthcare for 8 years. I was so happy not with just the wonderful care she received, but that she was actually happy there!
