I recently attempted to contact Orange Coast Physical Therapy via the phone number listed on their Google page, but unfortunately, the call didn't go through. It was unclear whether they were closed at the time or if there was an issue with their answering and voicemail service. However, I was given an alternative cell phone number to reach them. Although the voicemail box for this number was full, I was able to successfully and promptly schedule an appointment through text messaging using the same cell phone number. So far, my experience has been good, considering the quick resolution and scheduling process. I am looking forward to my initial appointment and will provide further feedback on the actual services received then. As of now, I appreciate their responsiveness via text, which shows flexibility in accommodating potential patients.

My first visit at Orange Coast Physical Therapy was great! The Doctor who has a hip disability which has nothing to do with her ability to work. My hip has been is so much pain for years. I have been to several places which they done a great job. Today my hip feels like there's no pain at all. I have no issue with laying for 20 minutes alone while my muscles are relaxed. That's what helped! We also did some muscle stretching. I will be returning too bad for others, try it before you doubt it.

DO NOT COME HERE! It was a complete waste of time, & I honestly don't know how they are qualified to receive patients. Dr. Wagner, although a very sweet lady, could barely walk. From the get go that was a red flag. As she ushered me in the room, she told me "I don't need to do any assessments because I already know what you have." I barely had one minute to explain what happened. I spent the first 15-20 minutes unattended with a muscle stimulator on my lower back with a heating pad. The table wasn't flat so it was uncomfortable laying there on my stomach for a prolonged period of time. As I looked around I saw hair everywhere on the table and was grossed out by the lack of cleanliness in the place. There was old equipment everywhere and no space to even do any exercises in. The room was as small as a cluttered cubicle. She barely guided me through the stretches and would leave me unattended most of the time. To my dismay these were exercises that I was already doing at home. I asked if I needed a band for resistance (because I know thats how we strengthen muscles) and she replied, "No, let's just see how you progress in a week or two." How about no more weeks? She ended by slapping tiger balm on my hips and calling it a day. I was disgusted at my experience here, and thankfully trusted my instincts to find another PT that I love at C.O.R.E. Physical Therapy in Orange. In all honesty, this establishment needs to be reviewed by medical providers. It's a disgrace to have this place as an option for patients that desperately need better care.

Do not let Dr Grubbs touch you. He should not be allowed to prescribe medication to people. He will not listen to you and will be confused with simple things you tell him.
