Optum Physical Therapy

I was opposed to trying physical therapy but since I was in the worst pain I have ever felt, I decided to give it a chance. I went here and went to a pain specialist. The service here at this place was amazing, from the nice receptionists to the physical therapists. I wanna especially thank Angelina, Jose, Tyler, and Paulina. You guys are awesome! You can tell they love what they do and love helping others. As far as healing, it’s on me to do the exercises I’ve been shown. Still in a little pain but a huge improvement. Thanks guys 😁

Please do yourself a favor: DO NOT sign up with Optum PT here (Moulton Pkwy, LAguna Hills.) This is one of the worst experiences of my life. They will set back your efforts to heal. They are hurtful, not helpful, and even worse, are not encouraging. Please Do Not Go Here!!!!
