Optimus ITC has been nothing but incredible! Dr. Buckley is always professional & he has been instrumental in my pain relief after a recent car accident. I truly cannot thank him enough! I also love that this is a family business, run with his son Bobby, who is very personable & keeps the office fun! I could not recommend them enough! 10/10 Service!

I am a licensed medical massage therapist (and non-active) board certified paramedic and I know what I am looking for when it comes to competent medical practitioners who have integrity and actually care about healing people. Dr Bob has integrity in his work. He listens to you, he takes the time to understand what you are experiencing and works with a thoughtfulness that I don't see in other chiropractors (or massage therapists, or physical therapists... and more). If you ask him for an explanation or to describe something, he will draw from an incredible body of knowledge and take the extra 2 seconds to help you see what he is seeing or understand why he is doing what he does. Other folks don't do this because they can't do this. They either don't know, don't remember or don't care about educating you as a patient. They just want to do what they have to do without any extra thought and make sure you pay them. This is an unfortunate baseline standard for decades now in this area and you can see this attitude all the way up to the practice of some nurses and doctors. You know who these people are when you deal with them. Dr Bob has a comforting, pleasant personality and he is a mature person with life experience to draw from. If you are an over 40+ person, you know how unpleasant the difference can be when you are dealing with younger practitioners who aren't comfortable with aging or appreciate the effort it took to live this long and be upright and functional along the way and treat you in ways that are meant to be kind but are often just pitying or patronizing. IYKYK. He sees you as the whole person with a life history outside that office that you are. If you want someone competent, thoughtful, mature, respectful and has integrity in their work with a significant body of knowledge to draw from and share with you when needed, I would only recommend Dr. Bob. I am literally traveling 45 minutes to see him in Dover now if I need chiropractic work because I won't waste my time, money or support chiropractors who basically throw you on a table and do the basic, assembly line one-size-fits-all list of adjustments before encouraging you to come back for endless visits. If you are in the Dover area, consider yourself lucky to be close enough by that seeing him is easy and convenient. If you aren't in the immediate area, he is still worth planning a trip to see if you have something more complex or serious than the usual "maintenance" adjustment that you need a chiropractor for. I was in an auto accident recently. I received treatment with Dr Buckley at Optimus ITC. It was a great experience. I highly recommend going there if you have an injury. The staff went above and beyond with any concerns or documentation needed for my case. Crazy to go anywhere else!!
