Optimum Rehab

June 14, 2024 I had my last PT session with Tony of Optimum Rehab. A little over a year ago I had a life-changing injury that tested me in many ways !! mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Weekly Tony was there to keep me focused and push me to become as close to the man as I was before my accident. It’s been a long time since I have felt like I owed someone something, in the way an athlete feels indebted to a good coach. That’s how this year-long process felt and how I approached it. It took me back to my football days where my coaches would see things in me I didn’t know existed and coaches had a way of helping me believe. When I had questions and doubts, Tony was there to give me tough love through his honesty and make sure I understood his answers. There were smiles, tears of joy, tears of anger! laughs, bad jokes and life stories and of course A LOT of hard work!!.I will be forever grateful for the services you provided that have turned into friendship. Thank you, Mrs. Heather, for the coffee and great conversations before PT. Thank you Meghan for being there along for the journey and filling in for Tony when needed. Thank you Rebba for reminding us all just how lucky we are to have dogs in our lives. And Thank You Tony for the physical and personal growth that this superhero needed to get back to fighting crime and protecting the universe!! You can’t go back and change the beginning. I broke my leg in 3 places and had surgery the beginning of July. I knew I had to go to Tony because he rehabbed my daughter after her ACL surgery and did a fantastic job. I started therapy being non-weight bearing so I was pretty scared and in a lot of pain. Tony and Meghan were absolutely amazing. I looked forward going to therapy twice a week with them. Not only did they build my confidence physically but also mentally. I received the best care from both of them and they challenged me with new exercises to do at home also. They were so fun and professional to work with. I now have my confidence back thanks to their hard work. I highly recommend both of them!!

My husband rehabbed here, after having a rotator cuff repair…and he LOVED Tony “Tony’s Awesome!” He would always say, I’m telling everyone to go to this guy!!! Rob’s rehab went so well, I decided I wanted Tony to do my rehab, so today I had my 1st appointment, & I agree with my husband, Tony was awesome, I look forward to a positive healing experience, learning how to get use of my arm back again with Tony’s help. We’ve both been to other therapists, & weren’t happy, I’m so glad we found our forever Therapist, any rehab needed in the future will be trusted to Tony .

I have dealt with debilitating lower back pain on and off for over 3 years. I have gone through other Physical Therapy programs but never to this high of quality. Tony completed a very thorough assessment to make sure I received the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. He started with dry needling which gave almost immediate relief. He tailored my home treatment plan to meet my individualized needs and was very flexible with my appointment times. I highly recommend Tony and would not hesitate to go back if needed.

Tony was able to identify some lifelong scar tissue and weaknesses in parts of my ankle and foot in order to assign stretches and strengthening exercises to heal my Achilles Tendon injury. After a few months of following his suggestions, I was able to get back into running injury free. Tony is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He is great at thinking of contributing factors to injury that might not be immediately obvious.

Highly recommend physical therapy with Tony! He was very thorough and knowledgeable - not only during the exam but during the explanation of my plan and demonstration of my at home care. You'll be well taken care of with Tony!

Tony has been amazing with my daughter! He has helped relieve so much of her back pain due to her scoliosis. We highly recommend Tony Eggiman to everyone!

Tony is amazing! He explains everything thoroughly and is very helpful. He takes the time necessary to get you where you need to be! He has been very understanding and is one on one. I would definitely recommend him.
