Dr. Colin is an incredible, talented and knowledgeable physical therapist. My husband and I have been working with him for 18 months and he has helped us through various areas of pain and weakness. For example, I woke up this past Sunday morning with pain and immobility on my right shoulder. I tried massage Monday morning and that helped during the day but the pain and immobility resumed Monday night. I saw Dr Colin Tuesday afternoon and it made a world of difference. I am pain free and physically feel lighter. I have full mobility back. He did this through adjustments, tissue work and mobilization. I truly believe that preventative care with Dr. Colin has helped prevent many injuries. Dr. Colin is very kind, genuine and caring. Thank you Dr. Colin for all you do to keep me healthy and active in my martial arts and strength training!

I was in serious pain from a fall while hiking. I had a Bakers cyst that would not quit and a variety of other issues. I had been to a sports orthopedist and been sent for the standard issue, insurance covered PT. It was ok and I improved for a while, but then I got much worse again. I needed a new, better solution. I was lucky that a trusted friend had referred Colin Miller. He would not be covered by my insurance, but I really needed to find a solution. From my first visit I could tell Colin would deliver a whole other level of care. His experience, knowledge, tools, and hands on approach were better in every way from any PT I had had before. He takes the time to address every issue and explain how they are related to each other. He’s helped me to build back my strength and my pain is almost totally gone. If you’re injured and serious about a long-term fix, Colin Miller is the best.

I am an active 66 y.o. woman and I have probably worked with 6-8 PT's over the past 15 years; Colin Miller is, hands down, the most effective PT I've worked with. Not to mention the fact that he is just a truly lovely human being. Both Colin's professional expertise and his chosen way of practicing make him exceptionally effective. Colin's sessions with me are a full hour in which he does primarily hands-on work, such as massage and cupping, instead of just watching me do the exercises I already do at home. Because he controls his own schedule, he is not juggling 3-4 patients an hour, which appears to be common in many PT clinics these days. Colin is also great at explaining underlying physiological issues in a way that is straightforward and helpful, and not in the least bit condescending or jargon filled (unlike many other health professionals I've worked with). My only hesitation in heartily and gratefully recommending Colin is my fear that he'll get too busy to see me in the future!!!

Dr. Colin is the best of the best. I came in with back and shoulder pain from work. In his assessment, he took the time to test range of motion and muscle weaknesses in the surrounding areas to come to a diagnosis. Since he prescribed exercises and stretches, my back and shoulders have improved tremendously. It's still a work in progress, but I am confident with Dr. Colin's direction, there will continue to be huge improvements. As a plus, he's such a nice guy. There's always great conversation during our sessions and I always feel he's listening to my needs. I've referred family and friends to him and he's most notably helped my husband's mobility for his golf game. I highly recommend Dr. Colin for any of your physical therapy needs!

Dr. Miller is the best! He is very knowledgeable and an all around good guy. I have various injuries/aches and pains and through physical therapy he has addressed every one of them. He gave me a comprehensive list of exercises and followed it up with encouragement to keep me focused. At my last appointment, as Dr. Miller's previous client was passing by me on his way out he turned to me and said "He's a f...ing magician." I nodded in agreement. But what's really great is that he spends an entire hour with me!

I highly recommend Colin at Optimum PT! I’ve been to a several PT’s for sports and posture related issues and he is one of the best. He is great at diagnosing lingering issues and coming up with a realistic plan to get your body where you want it to be. My favorite part of this clinic is the online video instructions that you can access 24/7 to get detailed instructions on exercises, position/form, and what muscles you should be activating.

Considering an over 50 year old injury, Dr. Colin Miller's expertise has resulted in a marked difference for walking ability functionality, in comparison to before seeking his care. Through using assessment measurements during the initial examination, Dr. Miller was able to establish which areas had been working too hard, and others not enough, throwing off the leg's functional balance. Then, by using several manipulative approaches, in addition to supplying a routine of follow up home-movements, it is now apparent that a beneficial strengthening evolution, with lessening pain, is taking place. Dr. Miller has effective communication skills in his approach to problem solving. In the past, at times, some physical therapy has had some seemingly detrimental effects, and at other times an overall general improved quality, although the specifically tailored techniques with home-movements provided by Dr. Miller's identification of specific weaknesses and strengths, now has resulted in more immediate beneficial outcomes. Dr. Miller uses measurable assessment tools to inform his initial decisions, while modifying his approach to build on further strengthening over multiple dimensions.

Colin saved me! I had been struggling with Achilles Tendonosis for almost a decade and had tried everything to fix it. I eventually reached the stage where I had surgery in an attempt to remove the scar tissue and restart the healing process. Unfortunately this failed to work, COVID shut down my previous PT and I was limping around with no improvements. I found Colin and spoke to him for over an hour. He explained his approach to rehab (and prehab) and assured me, that it will be a long road but if I worked with him, put the work in, he could get me back and didn't let me down. Since then, I see Colin on a regular basis to get my Achilles "tuned up" and also when I pick up other injuries. He is always spot on with his diagnosis, comes up with a treatment plan and gets me back super fast. I wouldn't trust any other PT than Colin.
