I am receiving therapy at Optimum Health with Kelly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She is exceptionally skilled and compassionate provider, with a remarkable ability to target and address root cause issues in order to achieve long term results. She has guided me through a tailored treatment plan that is and has significantly improved my comfort and mobility. All this while sharing strategies to move toward independent support outside of my visits. I can’t express enough at how she has dramatically increased my quality of life. This facility provides a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes each visit a positive experience. The front desk ladies are warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The best review is a longitudinal one! I came in 4 years ago after seeing a specialist elsewhere who suggested surgery on my dislocated knee to prevent it from re-dislocating like it had so many times before. I cannot remember the name of the man who helped me for months to recover and strengthen my knee. But I still use those exercises to keep my knee strong. I don’t foresee my knee giving out any time soon, thanks Optimum! You gave me back my hiking adventures and confidence in my next step.

Dr. Carly Yoder & the support staff at Optimum PT are hands down the best of the best. Carly is patient, compassionate and explains things very well. She treats her patients with respect & kindness but also pushes & encourages you to do the work needed! I highly recommend this office. They’ve been life changing for me! THANK YOU OPT! ❤️👏👌 10/10

Sam Corso is such a wonderful PT. His communication is always great and he has gone above and beyond to help me. I was very skeptical of starting physical therapy and put it off for quite some time but the Optimum team has made me feel so comfortable. I wish I started PT sooner. Annie at the front desk is so sweet and kind. I love coming in and seeing her smile or speaking with her over the phone.

I have nothing but great things to say about Optimum Health & Wellness PT! Every staff member we dealt with was kind, friendly and helpful. We dealt mostly with Caleb- he was amazing! Super great with kids, very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always able to answer any questions we had and give us ideas for things to try at home. He always listened to the client and helped him heal in a way that was comfortable and at his own pace. Caleb and the rest of the staff at Optimum made PT something that was looked forward to every week! I would highly recommend Optimum to anyone with PT needs!

There are no words to express my gratitude for Kelly and the care I have received here. I went there 3 weeks ago in some of the worst pain I've ever been in and walked out today like nothing was ever an issue! I have my life back! The staff is absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful! The care goes above and beyond what anyone could expect! And it doesn't feel like you a walking into a doctors appointment when you get there, it feels more like visiting family. When I had questions they had answers, when I struggled they were patient. The knowledge I gained there will and is helping me keep my body moving the way it should! I have no hesitation going back if the need ever arose! Thank you Optimum Health &Wellness!

Well rounded amazing staff! Whatever you need they seem to be able to find someone to help you with the problem. I have been having a problem with my left knee after 2 knee replacements on the same knee for two years. The joint is Fine but the only help that I had in the past was the doctor telling me to use Voltaren gel for the inflammation. I am seeing a new PT named Marc at Optimum and in one intensive treatment I am in 50% or more less pain. He listened to me and figured out what the problem was so I can’t do anything but follow his instructions and I know I’m going to have a much better quality of life.

I must start with... doctors scare the heck out of me. With that said, I absolutely love going to my appointments at Optimum Health & Wellness. They are so personable and friendly. They understand every patient has different needs. The most important part, besides those above points, is that they listen at this clinic. They listen to the patient and your body. I personally see Meredith or Merri, and she is absolutely wonderful. She knew at our first appointment, just by reading my body language, that I was uncomfortable and generally distrust the medical system. She was able to take my anxiety from 10 to 0 within 2 minutes of her talking. Merri is reassuring and takes the time to listen to her patients. Even the appointment reminder calls from the desk agents feel like catching up with an old friend. If you have doubts about going, don't. They have the most welcoming clinic in Ketchikan.
