Nice and friendly folks. I’ve been having severe wrist pain for almost 2 months and was feeling depressed. I went to another doctor first and didn’t feel any better but my pain is almost gone after my visit here. The doctor and physiotherapist did a really good job!

Optimize You Performance has been there for me when I need them most! Problem solving and trying to figure things out is what they strive for. I never feel pressured to start any treatments and have taken my info and what I learn and have also gone to other doctors when I need to for insurance purposes. It helps to have a team of PA and techs that specialize in thinking outside the box when it comes to healing my body. What I learn helps me make more informed decisions about my care and what’s right for me and also what’s available. I have early stages of trigger finger and work with my hands. Melissa has been helping me with alternative therapies and has been my shockwave tech, I’m happy to report that I’ve been able to find relief after debilitating pain that went on for five months in my fingers and hand. Carter has also been a big part of figuring out what’s going on as well. My next step will be more diagnostic testing and hopefully ultrasound imaging to further figure out what’s causing my pain. But until then I’ve been managing my condition and have had more moments of being pain free with shockwave therapy. Thank you optimize you!
