Optimal Therapy Postal

I had a wonderful experience. The front staff were always very pleasant and helpful. From my first day to the day I was discharged I was greeted with big smiles. The back staff were always very encouraging. I would definitely return in the future if needed and highly recommend this place

Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about every patient. Everyone who helped me knew what was needed. Every person, from the front desk to the therapist, to the techs, know your name and what each patient needs to be doing. All staff members have a ready smile and kind word.

Was not hopeful for recovery after surgery. However therapists gave me back full use of my arm. So pleased with the care I received. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Optimal Therapy. The receptionists have always greeted me with a smile. All the staff that had worked with me have been very nice. The therapist really care about helping you get thru therapy. The ones i worked with encourage me when i do physical therapy. Also I had blood pressure issued so they had me stop sit a while and checked my blood pressure. Which was very helpful. I will only go to them for PT

When I started I told the front dest morning were out. Now I'm half way done and ready to set up my appts.they tell me they can't get me in. REALLY? NOW I'M ON MY OWN!
