Optimal Physical Therapy helped me to get moving again. With the help of Alan and his team I was able to improve all aspects of my daily living. I could not have done it without them. They are the best team of therapists ever. I highly recommend Optimal Physical Therapy.

This is the best Physical Therapy office ever! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They are patient, encouraging and supportive throughout your healing process. Dr Alan Savanapridi is amazing in that he was able to identify exactly what muscles I needed to work on to alleviate my lower back pain. My pain immediately went away while doing the recommended exercises…during my first visit! He gave me the necessary exercises/tools I needed to do to maintain my “pain free” lower back. I highly recommend seeing him. 😃

Absolutely amazing PT staff. Alan was excellent in addressing my back issues. He provided not only exercises to improve the discomfort I had, but also techniques to help prevent future injury. Back pain is gone and now I have tools and education to keep it that way. I’m extremely grateful for all your help!

Excellent Physical Therapy office. The initial assessment with Alan was thorough as he read through the X-ray report, physician referral, and listened to the description of my knee situation. Lauren at the front desk is efficient and friendly. Eric and all of the other assistants monitor everyone and keep patients moving from one exercise to another while keeping things positive, fun, and clean. Jacquie and Alan are strong physical therapists who really care about seeing patients improve without causing extra pain. Very professional and well educated. With their help, I'm hoping to meet my goal of avoiding knee surgery!

I had an excellent experience at Optimal Therapy on Horizon Ridge. Everyone was kind, as well as knowledgeable. I received individualized attention which helped me recover quickly from hip replacement surgery. I would highly recommend!

Optimal Therapy staff is great. Alan is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Also, he has the best playlists that had the staff and patients singing making things pleasant and actually fun.

I have been coming to Optimal Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge since February 26, 2024. On my first day, I had to have my son drive me and help walk me in for my Evaluation appointment because I was in pain that I had never experienced before. I met with the Physical Therapist Alan and Derek who was being trained to do evaluations. I was very nervous to go to this appointment because I have always been so healthy. These two therapists were so kind and good at what they do, that my nervousness started to slip away and I could concentrate on the questions and movements they were asking me to do. They determined that I had Severe Sciatica. My first appointment for Physical Therapy came a few days later. They were very positive with their words and each appointment thereafter, I learned the exercises that they showed me would help me to become myself again. If ever I have this happen to me again, Optimal Physical Therapy will be my home because I know that they have the knowledge to fix my symptoms and help me to get back to the life I am use too. Thank you with all of my heart for everything you have done for me. I will be spreading the word about you Alan and Derek and the new employee Gene that worked on me! I appreciate all of you people who just want their patients to be healthy and happy! Sharon Willcox
