Optimal Therapy Cheyenne

My daughter has been going to Affiliated Therapy for a year and a half now and I'm just blown away by their kindness and professionalism every appointment. I honestly feel like family when we're there. Everyone in the office is always happy and smiling- especially the clients. Since we've been there so long, a lot of employees have worked with my daughter and they are all genuinely good people who make therapy fun and effective. They also care about sharing enriching therapy practices with parents. This allows me to feel empowered at home, where I can continue my daughter's therapy and improve her quality of life. It's really an amazing feeling to be surrounded by people who honestly and sincerely care. The therapy areas are always clean and welcoming. There is an area just for children to work and they have policies in place to ensure their privacy and sensory needs are met. There are also 2 very clean bathrooms, and a nice waiting area for parents with entertainment on for siblings.

Very nice and Awesome! Though certain poses made me feel silly they are a wonderful team that works with me and my pelvic floor issues. Jackie is awesome and is very nice. Katy is awesome and is very informative. I've had only positive experiences here. As long as you don't mind the radio going from hip hop to hard-core country then to punk then this is a great positive place for physical therapy. Also the Starbucks is nearby which makes morning visits easier. Slowly but surely I'm feeling better and I appreciate this team.

The staff is so Awesome. They welcome you with warmth & care. The Atmosphere & Vibe is what it should be in every establishment. I truly enjoy coming to this place and working with the kind Associates. I recommend Optimal Physical Therapy.

Very knowledgeable, taking time for interviewing what's going on. Concerning what's going on well. Matthew the hand specialist travel to different office kindly and exercise my issues. Appreciate a lot. No waiting time also likable. Staffs are very friendly and kind. I recommend everyone who need PT for this place.

I have two boys who are autistic that are getting OT services here. I just love how Jacqueline and Katie both are caring and knowledgeable. They really help us with emotional regulation and self help skills. Both of my boys love going into therapy. I appreciate the office staff in the lobby as well. They are always so friendly and welcoming. I like how the office is also clean too. I would definitely refer people to come to this clinic. Everyone is awesome here.

Staff is very nice to work with in scheduling appointments and set up new patient records. Also they were prompt at getting records to PCM Also one of the few places w OT and PT

Place is very professional and clean. Staff is super friendly and are wonderful with kids. They have a full setup for just little kids here as well. I highly recommend this physical therapy facility.
