Optimal Rehab Physical Therapy

Optimal Rehab is by far the best facility for physical therapy. Do not hesitate to go through physical therapy at this facility; there are not enough words to convey just how wonderful this place truly is. As long as you fully commit yourself to Optimal Rehab’s recommended physical therapy program, I guarantee you will see optimal results! After having a negative experience with physical therapy at a different facility, I was far from optimistic about going through it again. I am so glad to say I was wrong! Optimal Rehab showed me what it’s like to have therapists who truly care about their patients and deliver unsurpassed quality service. My physical and consequently my emotional well-being have been restored thanks to the physical therapy program I completed at this incredible facility. Great experience. Prior to my first visit, they contacted my insurance so there were no surprises with billing. First visit I was having difficulty walking and very down mentally, By last visit, I'm back to my daily duties and nearly pain free, Staff did a great job of getting me back!

The treatments that I received was great! However, on the billing side of it was horrible. This company does not tell you what Insurance companies they are and are not contracted with. I was left with a big bill. And the billing department told me that it was my responsibility for knowing this information. Basically they lack empathy and customer service.

Great staff, helpful, well organized. I felt I recovered quickly.
