Optimal Performance & Physical Therapy - OPPT Citrus Park

I had a phenomenal experience when I was doing PT at Optimal Performance and Physical Therapy at Citrus Park. I had recently been diagnosed w/ a short term disability and needed PT to regain my mobility back. The OPPT at Citrus Park was the perfect location. I prefer this spot because it's a bit more relaxed and has a lot of open space to move around in. Kevin was my trainer and he was awesome!! He was a very personable guy who listened to concerns and created a plan of care for me w/ a nurturing approach. I always felt safe whenever he coached me along on the exercises and each week I could tell that the training was really making a difference. I felt like I was finally getting my life back to normal again. In addition to Kevin, the rest of the staff (John and Juliet) is wonderful and professional as well. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. You won't regret it!

Dr. John and the entire team was very helpful and kind. Although I’m not much of a morning person, I would myself looking forward to my morning PT sessions. Dr. John is very knowledgeable and was able to help me eliminate the pain in my foot post surgery, while giving me at home PT stretches to do when I finished treatment. Hopefully, I won’t have to do PT again, but if I do, this place will be my first choice.

I did PT for my knee here and had an amazing experience. John was professional and encouraging. He was attentive and listened to me if I had any questions or concerns. I wad able to do the exercises at home to help with the process of getting back to full range of motion of my knee. I highly recommend this location and John or PT.

Absolutely top notch therapy. Also very clean and comfortable environment. I saw excellent improvement very quickly and it was definitely due to the expertise of John and Kevin. They both, individually, pinpointed my issues and fixed them with absolute precision. I was never a big believer in P/T, but I sure am now. They truly care beyond any other Healthcare provider I have ever experienced. They are invaluable and make this company SHINE!! I could not recommend it more!!!!

If you are not sure where to go for your Physical therapy, I would highly recommend Optimal at Citrus Park. John, Kevin, & Juliette provide a professional level of care with a human side. I was able to bounce back quickly from a bad injury with their care over the last 8 weeks. The facility has an open air concept, clean and filled with the latest strengthening devices. I have successfully improved my range of motion and continue to show progress in improving my mobility. It has been a pleasure to be able to come here and to be so fortunate in my recovery.

Kevin and John are very knowledgeable and compassionate therapists. They make rehabilitation fun while pushing you to get stronger. The space is clean and organized and they disinfect everything that is used. Juliette handles the scheduling and she is so accommodating and sweet. I highly recommend OPPT Citrus Park!

The brand new plaza has more than ample parking. Juliette always has a warm welcome, she makes scheduling and insurance issues a breeze. It's always a pleasure to receive physical therapy from Kevin at OPPT Citrus Park.
