Optimal Performance Physical Therapy

I can not say enough about this group! They go above and beyond to make my and all their patients feel like family and they have helped me so much through my therapy process. Each one of them treat their patients with utmost respect and compassion. I am so thankful for my therapist Sara and all that she has done for me! This is definitely the place to get your healing physically, emotionally, and mentally.

I’ve suffered with heel spurs and plantars fasciitis and have seen other physical therapists in Laurel with no relief. So, I decided to try Optimal Performance. Lori was my PT and did an excellent job in getting me better and showing me things that I could do at home to keep my feet happy. I had 8 sessions and we did a variety of things - including dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue massage, which the other PTs never did, but I think it made a big difference! I highly recommend her if you are struggling with this kind of thing!

Best pt experience imaginable! Friendly and .professional-therapists .... no assistants of the kind that many pt's pawn you off on and then ignore you! Facilities are clean and well-equipped .Never made to wait, i was diagnosed quickly and carefully supervised throughout treatment. I'd resigned myself to hurt forever and take meds, but In two weeks i was pain- free and doing things I'd given up on every doing again and no more meds. I recommend optional performance with enthusiasm and gratitude!
