This practice is awesome and ASHLEY is a great Physical Therapist. I have had lingering back pain for years and horrible mobility that has slowly compromised both my ability to exercise and day to day normal functions. Through her expertise, my back pain is nearly gone and I am able to perform exercises I haven’t touched in years. The progress she has helped me obtain is nothing short of amazing and I look forward to seeing my continued progression.

Knee surgery is not fun and physical therapy is necessary to return to normal activity. Jon at OPPT on Bryan Dairy Rd helped me achieve my goals. He was patient, understanding and provided excellent instruction to help me return to those normal activities. I highly recommend Jon. His training was thorough and his manner very patient.

⭐ Review for OPPT Front Desk ⭐ I recently had a disappointing experience with the front desk at OPPT. I received a voicemail stating that I had a 12 o'clock appointment, and it was 12:15. Front desk was asking if I would want to reschedule.When I arrived 8 minutes later I was met with indifference.and to my hello she said : you appointment is canceled. There was no greeting, no apology or explanation for the appointment cancellation, and the receptionist responded in a rude tone when I inquired about the reason. As someone dealing with pain and a busy schedule, I understand that I may often be late. In the past, my sessions were adjusted( shortened)to accommodate therapist schedule running smoothly, and it was never an issue for me. However, this time, instead of a professional and understanding approach, I felt like I was being scolded like a child by the receptionist. I want to emphasize that I have a great relationship with my therapist, and they provide excellent care. However, the front desk experience left a lot to be desired. It's crucial for a healthcare facility to have a welcoming and empathetic front desk team that understands the needs and challenges of their patients. I hope that OPPT will address this issue and ensure that all staff members, including the front desk, provide a more respectful and compassionate experience for patients.

I did not believe my lower back pain could ever be cured with physical therapy, but I was proven wrong. Ashley is so knowledgeable and caring with her plan to not just alleviate the pain, but to explain ways to prevent it from returning. I am forever grateful to Ashley and Optimal Performance. 💯

Very organized office. No wait, started my rehab sessions on time. I worked with Jon Rios. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Worked with me on my injury and educated me on how to get back in gym. Taught me numerous exercises and techniques. After the sessions over a few weeks were over, my discomfort has subsided and I’m back with continuing the exercises on my own and feeling 100% better. Thank you, Jon.

Therapist was really good; front office staff unwelcoming and rude. The latter could deter me from returning in the future. Hopefully, they will make the necessary changes to improve upon their customer service skills.

Had a couple weeks of PT for a sore shoulder with John Rios.He was very good explaining the different stretches and working with me. It was also very convenient to have my appts at 7:00 AM

Excellent job by Jonathan Rios. Extremely knowledgeable and listens to his patients. Willing to push provided you ask only you know your limits. Enjoyed working with him! Highly recommend him!
