I have been going to Dr. Kai for about 10 years. He is the best Chiropractor I've seen. His techniques work!! I started the stemwave treatment almost a year ago with Jessica. They are both concerned about your needs. Very friendly front desk. I would recommend either of them!

I've had debilitating back issues for more than 30 years and Dr. Kai has gotten me to the point I don't even notice my back. Best chiropractor I've ever had, truly.

Dr Kai is fantastic and very caring. Highly recommended. We have been clients for several years. I noticed the three 1 star reviews and clearly they had the wrong place (complaining about blood tests and such) - Dr Kai is a chiropractor, not a medical clinic I wish there was a way to have these mistaken reviews removed. Anyway, call for an appointment- you’ll be glad you did. 😀

As a physical therapist I am always open to learning techniques, but am also very skeptical. AMIT that is utilized at Optimal Chiropractics works like magic as you can immediately tell your strength and motion change. There aren't unnecessary X-Rays taken, just the owner - Kai's - knowledge to get you moving in the most functional way.

My neck went out suddenly and I was in a lot of pain, I was able to get in the same day as a new patient due to a cancellation, I was made to feel very comfortable and Dr. Bennett explained each adjustment without me having to ask. Would definitely recommend to others!

I'm very impressed with Dr. Bennett. In addition to offering a superior form of chiropractic (ABC), he is also skilled at muscle work, which I credit for curing a painful and debilitating hip issue I was dealing with. I've spent so much time and effort in therapies that didn't do much good (for other conditions), that I was actually shocked and thankful at how quickly my hip issue resolved. Recently, I have been having trouble with my shoulder and Dr. Bennett was the first person who came to mind. I even drove 2 hours from Phoenix specifically to see him. Dr. Bennett is highly competent and "in tune", and what I really appreciate is that he listens and and actually "hears" his patients. Thank you Dr. Bennett!
