John and Diane have worked miracles for me! They are very friendly and explain everything step by step. I have learned things about muscles I didn't know I had, they are well educated. Diane has worked my muscles to the point they don't hurt.

I was a potential new patient but because my insurance hadn't sent me a copy of my insurance card yet they refused to see me. I even offered to call medicaid and get the information for them or they could call and they refused. My subscriber ID was right on my order for that matter. Said they've had issues with not being paid before, as someone who worked in medical billing I'm well aware that you can call and verify benefits and eligibility and there is also a medicaid website to verify coverage is active. They suggested i come back in a month after I'm placed on Mclaren health plan as if I don't need services now. Absolutely mind blown!

I had my 3rd total knee on the same knee on 09/21/23. Optima came to my house on the 23rd and started my therapy. Kyle has since been coming twice a week and pushing me to get it done!! Kyle has absolutely killed it getting me to where I am today. As of 10/26/23 I got to a whopping 113°. Keep i mind this was my THIRD tkr on the same knee. I would use Optima in the future if I needed to. They care and are extremely nice people. If you have home PT, ask for Kyle!!

I started going to Stephen for compression fractures in my back. It's such a welcoming place, everyone treat you like family. My back is doing better and I'm feeling better overall. If you have any pain, you need to give them a call.

I currently been seen at optima for my left shoulder. Mr Stephen and his staff is so friendly. The place is clean. They make you feel welcome not rushing you. I had pain in my legs and they treating my pain in my leg which was not what i when there for. I would recommend Optima to any that need physical therapy. I look forward to my next visit.

I cant say enough about Stephen! He is truly a healing man... I walked into my Dr hunched over in EXTREME back pain, my Dr sent me immediately to Optima, Stephen and his staff are absolutely fantastic! They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. His knowledge is AMAZING! He likes to get to know you, you don't feel like a patient just getting pushed through the system. I walked in hunched over, could barely walk, crying in pain..I walked out straight ..pain free and ready to dance! I actually look forward to my next appointment!

Was sent here by the VA after shoulder repair. Through the years I have been to a few places in the Flint area for physical therapy. Optima is by far the best around. The staff are fantastic and they got my range of motion back in a matter of weeks.

Steven is great! Very knowledgeable about the therapy and condition. and he's patient and I didn't feel rushed. I felt amazing when leaving. I would recommend Optima Phy therapy. Also John is Great too!
