Optima Medical - Safford

I had a wonderful experience at optima medical! It was my first time seeing a provider there and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and prompt. All of my questions were answered and I felt that I was genuinely listened to. My sister went as well about 2 weeks before me and she also had a great experience! I would recommend others to go here as well.

I have finally found a medical office that is caring understanding and this is to what the patient is feeling and feels what is needed to give her a better quality of life. The best medical treatment I’ve ever received. Not to mention my mental health and primary physician are located in the same area! Got my meds immediately. Great with appointments and listening to your needs. On top of letting you know about your health and what’s needed. Was recommended to me by a friend and they were so right! Optima is the best facility in graham county! I swear by it!

The best experiences I’ve had in a doctors office. I was brought back right at my appointment time. The staff was all friendly and helpful. I saw nurse practitioner Craig Reese, and he spent more than enough time with me. I’m grateful for the care and compassion this clinic gave to me today. I would recommend Optima and Craig for anyone in the gila valley.

I saw Krystal today. I can tell she cares about my health and me as a person. Listens to what I’m saying and finds solutions to the issues and explains what to expect. Finally someone who makes me feel like I matter when I walk through those doors. Her assistants are just as amazing. Walked me through the testing that was done so I understood. No hurry, just patience to help me understand. New to the area and was wondering how hard it would be to find someone trust worthy and reliable to help me. I have found them and won’t go anywhere else. My new medical family.

I have been going to Optima since they were Mt. Graham Family Practice, and I have Not had any troubles AT ALL with them! Now, if you are unsure which provider to go with, I would definitely recommend Miss Mariah Bejerano and her nurse assistant! They both make sure every problem is handled, it's not too big or too small, and does NOT rush you out of the room as quickly as they can. Honestly, I was told that I had, only 10 minutes, with a provider. If I needed more time then I needed to schedule another visit and handle it then! Like WOW! It wasn't Optima, thank goodness, but this happen like 6 months ago give-or-take. Keep Up The Good Work Ladies, You're Awesome At What You Do!!!
