Lindsey NP and her assistant were beyond incredible. They were both warm and empathetic and gave me so much information in such a short time. I had to get both a strep and a COVID test and they had me finished with results in 20 minutes. Such a wonderful experience. Lindsey is the kind of provider you never want to let go! Thank you both!

My husband and I have been patients here for about 5 years now. We love the relationship with Mary. She may get behind. Mary takes note to know her patients and spends the time you need her to. She never rushes you out. Like some revolving door office. Not many left out there that even pretend to care. I am glad to wait my turn.

My Dr is Heather and she is a wonderful patient Dr. She listens and takes the time to discuss whatever it is that needs to be handled. She does it with no judgement. The nurse that works with her is very sweet and helpful. Everyone here has such good bedside manner and truly wants to help get to the bottom of the issues. I highly recommend.

Summer and Cassandra have been with the agency for a very long time and have always shown compassion and dedication in their roles. All of the front desk staff have a very heavy work load and for such a busy practice, they do a PHENOMENAL job! Linda Nelson is by far, the best doctor I've seen since I moved to AZ over 18 years ago. She's caring, extremely knowledgeable in the medical field and is genuine. She doesn't sugar coat and as long as you're doing what you need to be doing, she will work with you during rough times. Rae (Rachelle), Linda's nurse who runs her provider appointments is absolutely wonderful! She is so quick, very efficient and professional, extremely hard working and is too, genuine and has excellent bedside manner. She always greets everyone with a beautiful smile and her dedication to her career is axiom and inspiring. Overall, great staff are a crucial part of a successful clinic and makes it worth going to. The staff at Optima Medical-Dewey are what give doctors offices a good rep. 👍 My only advice is don't miss your physical! Ahcccs is a beast and requires yearly updates before payment so if you don't make your annual history and physical appointment, it could bite you in butt! 😊

I can’t say enough good things about my Nurse Practitioner, Mary Massieu here at Optima. She’s deserving of 1000 stars. I have had a lifetime of serious health issues & Mary is who I trust, hands down. I’ve recommended her to several friends who are now also patients of hers. I live approximately an hour & a half away from the clinic, I could go somewhere closer, when you find a great clinician, you stick with them! The staff is amazing, but watch for billing because the owners like to push diagnostics & tests that cost money & unfortunately are very much about the bottom line & not so much the patient. That’s the sad part about corporate medicine & I wish optima would do more to make patients feel clearer about their billing. They have a high turnover in staff I’ve noticed, that’s due to a problem with the owners, NOT the staff. If you need an excellent practitioner who will go above & beyond, look no further than Mary, she knows her stuff, she’s got an incredible bedside manner & I wish there were more clinicians like her.

From the front office to the medical assistants to the doctors themselves--this is a truly exceptional operation. I've always been impressed with the upbeat and efficient people--the atmosphere is calm, compassionate and patient. I've been there for years and they've only gotten better--my doctor is concerned and personable and most of all Intelligent... She works harder than most folks realize. 'Good-hearted" describes the whole place and it's a privilege to be one of their clients. I thank God for these wonderful people.

I highly recommend this medical practice! From the minute I walk in I am treated professionally and pleasant. They go above and beyond in customer service beginning with the Receptionists to the Doctors, Assistants, Lab Personnel, etc. I have never had any complaints with the service I receive reference my healthcare. It is welcoming, and rare, to find a medical practice that sincerely cares. Again, this practice provides great service and genuinely cares about my health! Thank you, I appreciate your entire staff!!

I’ve been searching for a family doctor since moving from Phoenix to Northern Arizona and it’s been a miserable experience until today! Everyone I came in contact with today was absolutely wonderful! From the gal at the front desk who helped me get checked in to the nurse who was friendly and compassionate to the doctor who was attentive and supportive of my needs, I felt cared for and I felt heard by everyone who served me today.
