Optima Health - Lake Arrowhead

It’s always an absolute pleasure coming in to see so many wonderful familiar faces- everyone treats you with so much respect- Heidi is very helpful an just amazing at resolving any insurance issues and so friendly, upbeat, and a joy to be around.

What a great first experience at the Optima Clinic in Lake Arrowhead! The waiting room is clean and spacious with no toxic synthetic fragrances or cleaners. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Kim Walker is a fantastic FNP, thorough and efficient. The exam room had windows open to fresh air, sunshine and trees. This is the first time I’ve been in this building and actually enjoyed my experience!

I have been going to this office for years. They are wonderful! The whole staff is warm and welcoming. The PA, Dwayne has been treating myself and my whole family since my kids were very young. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He has always taken excellent care of all of us. I am grateful to be under his care!
