Optim Orthopedics: Brunswick

I first met with Dr Morales of the Brunswick office on Oct. 31. He evaluated my injury, administered a cortisone injection and wrote a PT script. I could not get a PT appointment until Nov. 13. I was told by the therapist that permission would be sought from my insurance provider to continue therapy. On Nov. 15 I was advised that my provider approved additional therapy; however, since Dr.Morales left the organization his script was no longer valid and I needed a new one. I was assigned to a Dr Dunn of Optim and was told he would not provide a new PT order without first seeing me even though I had just received one from Dr. Morales. Dr. Dunn had no appointment slot available until December 2. I complained to customer service and told them I would transfer to Summit Orthopedics due the poor service from Optim. They called back saying they could fit me in to Dr Dunn's schedule on Nov 25 at 11:15 a.m. I told them any doctor would do if I could get an appointment sooner and was advised they would contact me regarding that. I was never contacted. This is absolute ridiculous customer service that it is taking the better part of two months to be treated. I would not recommend Optim Orthopedics to anyone.

Great doctors at this site. I have been helped by several of these very fine MD orthopedics specialists over a period of 20 years Dr. Greg Kolovitch recently and am very glad to have his expertise. He understood my problem with a arthritic hand and offered good options for treatment. I am glad I can see him in offices of Optim Orthopedics at several locations.

Dr. Stroud actually listened to me! He did a thorough examination, and found issues on my MRI that a previous doctor missed. He came up with a treatment plan AND a backup plan, when the last doctor completely brushed me off and told me to "do yoga." Very pleased and will always refer everyone to Dr. Stroud!

This place was the best from the very first appointment. Dr. Sedory is very attentive with fantastic bedside manner. He explains everything and answers any question that I had. In fact I went there with a list of questions. I had my left hip replaced yesterday and had the same experience with everybody at the surgery center and at his office in Brunswick. Just a very good experience all around thanks Doc!! Also going to have my right hip replaced in August with no hesitation

Dr. Sedory and his staff are the best . I have been seeing him for a few years and he is always very thorough and takes him time with you.

I absolutely love Dr.Stroud's bedside manor! He listened, did not rush my visit and was a gentleman. He also explained things very well & gave options. I highly recommend 👌

Dr. Stroud at Optim Orthopedics in Brunswick has been a very profession yet personable doctor. He went over all options for my shoulder surgery, since I have to have both shoulders repaired. He was helpful in scheduling and treatment between now and surgery. I would recommend him personally and Optim Orthopedics to anyone.
