I had a pulley release surgery on 9/17/24. With starting from the intake worker to the post op nurses I was treated with nothing but caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I must say this had to be the most pleasant hospital visit I've had. Thanks to a great surgeon and staff. J. Page

My husband had a surgery that required overnight stay, but he started having problems getting his breath. We were there until Wednesday evening when they transported him to Memorial Health Hospital in Savanah. I just wanted to say, that all the nursing staff went above and beyond taking such great care of my husband Jeff Gowens. Shout out to two awesome ladies, Nurse Roxie, and PCT Lorrie you were amazing 👏🏼 🤩 ❤️

Took my husband there on May 16th with chest pain. They did lab work and EKG. Dr. Morgan (I think was his name) said his iron was low and his sugar was high. I have worked in healthcare over 21 years his iron was two points low and his sugar was elevated but not enough to cause chest pain. EKG's don't show anything unless it is happening when doing while doing the test. Told him to go home and call his cardiologist. My husband has five stints and this is all they did. We were still in the parking lot of the hospital my husband called his nurse at the VA and I was on the phone with his cardiologist. So we went to Evans Memorial they took him on back gave him fluids took more blood and got us an earlier appointment with Dr. William Wallace his cardiologist. They took him serious. I pray to God I never have to take any of my family to Optim Medical Center-Tattnall

I have had several minor knee surgeries and in Feb of 2024 was my first total knee replacement. The entire team was fantastic, from the pre-op all the way through till leaving the hospital. If I have any choices in the future I would only have a joint surgery through them. Thank you for a great experience.

My daughter had ACL surgery at the Optim Surgical Center in Reidsville last Thursday. We had a wonderful experience during a very stressful time. Our PreOp Nurse, Sandy, was very patient and understanding with my daughters nervous anxiety before surgery. Mike, the Nurse Anesthetist, took extra time and care to reassure her that she would be fine and he would be with her every step of the way during surgery. Dr. Aaron explained every aspect of surgery thoroughly and clearly. Cassidy, Surgical Nurse, was sweet and positive energy filled. And HUGE shoutout to Tara, our PostOP Nurse. Tara was so wonderful and attentive. She made sure my daughters tough waking up process was meet with kindness and professionalism. I am so glad we went here for my daughters surgery rather than a big city facility .

Sorriest place I've ever seen, when a 84 year old lady comes in with a broken leg, then you wake up whoever needs to be awake to come and take care of her, you do not give them the run around, got a good mind to file suit against the whole optim corporations

All except 1 staff giving my grandma meds act clueless to what the last staff did or wat meds was wat 1pulled out her phone and ask me do I know which pill is what cause meds was packaged already that she brung with her I was looking more clueless to her than she was to me then she said if not that’s ok they’ll give her what they have then constantly giving my grandma 2Percocet at a time when pain level was at 2 nd times wen she said she good. There was only 2 ppl tht came in and properly cared for my grandma and listened to her and made sure she had what she needed other than that therapy was excellent and understanding had just as much concern as I was when they looked at my grandma so they got nurses for the same exact reason we tried to get them to look at her about and understand then they wanna try figuring out the problem let alone lunch lady’s come in ask is she a diabetic we say yes so they start giving us suggestions on things she can have to eat to only come back with something different and 1day they ain’t feed her at all a head nurse from the hospital had to go buy my grandma a salad cause she missed dinner

This is the best hospital I have ever been to. From pre op till today when I left from having TKR surgery, everyone was kind and professional. This is my second TKR surgery and my first one was just as good. Thank you to all that took care of me. You guys rock!
