Great service. Very clean. Everyone was very friendly and well informed. I was very impressed with my doctor. She was very knowledgeable and able to put it in layman's terms for me. Not looking forward to wearing braces on my elbows for 6 weeks but if it helps, it's worth a try!
I went into my appointment with Dr. Chang with all kinds of pain and worry and left with neither. After reviewing my x-rays, he explained in detail what we were looking at and what expectations I could have based on my condition. He’s personable, professional, straightforward and I would highly high recommend him. He administered cortisone shots that have provided instantaneous relief. The staff was a solid and kind as well.
I have been a patient at OPA for several years now, and I must say that their service, facilities, and professional staff just keep getting better. I have had multiple appointments this past year with Dr. Falkowski, as well as Dr. Alex and I have always received professional care and useful advice concerning my treatment options. From my first surgery at OPA approximately 10 years ago until the present time, OPA has always treated me with professional care and understanding. I highly recommend this practice.
I was impressed with the staff at OPA, their willingness to help and their genuine concern for my health and comfort. The exam was thorough with no pressure for additional/questionable procedures to be performed. Overall I am quite pleased with the experience and results of my visit to OPA. Kris Giani was able quickly to discern that our issues weren’t RA related…. while also discerning where the problem lie. He took time to answer our concerns and looked into where we might find the kind of care suited to our specific issues. He was patient with our many question…. took the time necessary to satisfy our concerns…. was practical in his suggestions… and considerate with our thoughts. This initial visit was exceptional because of the ‘real world’ approach utilized by a man who has suffered himself, and as a result, knows how to give his patients the same excellent care.
Very friendly service and very helpful. Dr Chang was very attentive, listened to my questions, concerns. Makes you feel very comfortable. I feel very fortunate that he is my doctor and I will have a successful outcome.
Dr Alex is Awesome. He takes the time to explain what is going on and discuss options in plain English. His care and concern are evident in the way he provides his patients with information and pathways to resolve the issues. Highly recommend Dr Alex and OPA
This is not the first time I've used OPA, and it's for a good reason. I haven't had a bad experience there yet. Their providers are amazing, and so is their staff. They are kind, always willing to answer questions if they can, or find someone else to answer it if they can't. They don't put things off for later. If something needs to be done they do it now so you aren't left waiting and wondering what to expect and when. PA Baxter, Dr Laudermilch, Dr Ellison and staff... Thank you all for your service and support.
