OPA Therapy Services–Wasilla

I have received excellent care at OPA for my neck and low back issues. I have been treated with respect and courtesy by office staff and medical providers as well. My experience with physical therapy has been excellent. The therapist is highly knowledgeable and makes an effort to educate me about my condition and provide me with unique exercises to help me. I consider OPA a quality organization for orthopedic care!

I had wrist surgery and Shawn has helped me recover mobility and strength. He has shown me after care exercises and said I will be able to bowl again. I’m very impressed with all the doctors, therapists and staff at OPA!

Right as you enter there are folks behind the reception desk eagerly waiting to help —- great smiles - eye contact and they actually treat you as if you matter.check in on line and the entire process becomes seamless. Grant is my PT specialist —- I couldn’t ask for better. Polite, professional, fun and occasionally funny helps with the overall process. My well-being is his primary concern and the on-site challenges as well as the ‘at home’ therapy are certainly meeting my healing needs —- a day at a time!

The everyone on the OPA team is very good at their job as well as caring and helpful. I have been a patient of every department on multiple occasions over the last couple years and I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone is. I would recommend OPA to anyone without hesitation.

OPA has provided orthopedic care for three major joints - L & R ankle replacements and right reverse shoulder replacement - and I have been very happy with Dr. Chang and Dr. Ellison. The staff, nurses, and Physical Therapists have been friendly and professional. I’ve experienced poor PT care in the past, but these folks are skilled and well educated. I’m scheduling a knee replacement for later this year, and I wouldn’t have anyone else perform it.

Kristina is an excellent therapist for me. She actively listens to my concerns, provides great suggestions for treatment, and offers alternate exercises when necessary.

My evaluation was thorough and she took time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. I am looking forward to starting my treatment program.
