While getting an appointment can take months, it’s definitely worth the wait. Lindsay has fantastic bedside manner and was so good to me throughout the whole process. She really understands that this is some of the hardest times in my life. The person who called me back, I think his name is Harry - is so kind and respectful. The company is willing to work with you if you don’t have insurance. All in all, it was a good experience. Thanks!

This office is very hard to get into, so I was thrilled they added a new provider, Lindsay. They got me in months earlier than my original scheduled appt. The staff, from first phone call contact down to the last person we saw when we left, was friendly, polite and helpful. Lindsay has a great demeanor, and we immediately felt like we would be heard here. She listened, had some great ideas and insights, and was upfront with needing to get together with another provider there to discuss treatment (I have another health concern that makes any medications tricky) and gave me a clear plan and dates for follow-ups. I left wishing I could move the whole office 3.5 hours to the Peninsula because we desperately need their type of care in our area, without the long drive that makes any appointment a day trip. Well worth the wait to get in to see them, and Lindsay especially. Also wonderful that her background includes a “big picture” insight- that proved helpful and comforting for us!

Brittany is a wonderful care provider. She pays attention to how I answer her questions and follows through on any questions I may have. I'm very glad to have her as my provider.

Great waiting room. They even have tall chairs. Bring in your phone or puzzle book. No reading material available. Dr Botson has a wonderful nurse working with him. Love the folks who take your blood for tests. Quite the sense of humor! Dr Boyson is great. Wonderful explainer and he listens to you. Surprise, would you be ok to get a shot in your shoulder to help with pain? Today? Well, I guess so. No time to get worried. He is so good at what he does! I am convinced it would be a good idea to get the other shoulder done too. Beware all 3 RA physicians are booked out for months and months at a time.

Wow 5 + stars is not enough. Laura is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful getting to the bottom line. She is very pleasant to talk to. Heather is a darling as well. OPA is the best and Laura’s team is at the top of the list.

My visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. Laura is always a lovely Person. Very knowledgeable. Heather was a sweetheart.. knows her job.

Brittany has been amazing! She is patient, thorough, and most importantly, compassionate and empathetic! I appreciate the time she has put into my carr and treatment immensely.

Have been trying to track down some phantom health issues, and OPA Rheumatology has been the best experience in the whole process by far. The front desk is knowledgeable and helpful, and the care is thorough and followed through. A lone bright spot in a very frustrating journey
