OnSite Rehabilitation - Dr. Geoffrey Carson, PT, DPT

My wife injured her back in 2020. For the first 2 to 3 months of her recovery she went to a local chiropractor 3 times a week. That helped initially but we knew it was not a long term solution. My wife was still struggling with nerve issues, loss of strength, and stability issues. My wife's sister introduced us to Dr. Geoff an Amy Carson. The team at OnSite Rehab has been an absolute God send. Geoff and Amy worked my wife into their tight schedules to begin treatment and PT. She has made significant improvements over the past several years. She will never be back to 100% of her former self, however, she is back to hiking, biking, swimming and living most days without pain or restricted mobility. Dr. Carson specializes in several treatment modalities like dry needling and STEM Wave therapy that have been, and continue to be, critical components to my wife's recovery and maintenance. I wholeheartedly recommend OnSite Rehabilitation to anyone in need of physical therapy services. Their exceptional care, expertise, and genuine compassion set them apart as a standout practitioner in their field. I owe my ability to move, function, and enjoy most of the activities I love to do to Onsite Rehabilitation. I've always been a very active person (running, hiking, biking, swimming, climbing, snowmobiling, jet skiing, ATVing, etc.). Many activities that have left me with chronic pains and injuries. I've struggled with back pain since I was a teenager and in 2020 I sustained a major back injury that left me with a permanent diagnosis of central canal stenosis (at age 34), degenerative disc disease, and very little cushion between L3, L4 and L5. That is when the Lord brought Onsite Rehabilitation into my life. I cannot express my gratitude for how much Dr. Carson has helped me. His expertise and personalized approach to my rehabilitation continues to make a significant difference. The most recent approach he's used in my therapy is STEM Wave Therapy. It is truly amazing! I have not had this much relief, mobility, muscle pliability and strength in years. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carson and Onsite Rehabilitation! They truly are beyond gifted and truly care about your wellbeing!!!

I went to onsite rehab for several years until I had to go see the surgeon in 2019 that's when I had plastic over metal put in my neck from the c4 down to the c7. I'm currently waiting to get back in to have my lower back surgery Dr John miles is wonderful Dr Geoff and his staff at Onsite rehab Is wonderful. I recommend this team to anyone and everyone
