I had the privilege of working with Dr. Simon as my physical therapist, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in the field. As a physical therapist working in the field, I was involved in training him. I knew he had the skills and knowledge to succeed, but experiencing his care firsthand exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Simon’s expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to my recovery were evident from day one. He took the time to understand my specific needs, crafted a personalized treatment plan, and provided constant encouragement throughout the process. His hands-on techniques and clear explanations made every session effective and empowering. As someone who has seen Dr. Simon’s growth from training to practice, I couldn’t be prouder of the professional he has become. He combines technical excellence with a genuine passion for helping others, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I suffered severe ankle injury which was a C compound tibial/fibular fracture on my left ankle. The surgery and recovery were long. Prior to the injury I was active walking and bike riding. Dr. Simon took my case and gave me extremely personalized and specific care and instructions. He is personable, kind, reassuring and professional. He brought his experience to my rehabilitation- assuring me slow and steady work will pay big dividends in the long run and I have found that to be the case. My goal was to have enough flexibility in my ankle to get into my cowboy boots and it worked!! I highly recommend Dr Simon. He will take great care of you

Before coming to see Aaron I was struggling with a chronic and somewhat mysterious wrist injury that was preventing me from climbing. I had been to another PT and it hadn't helped. I have done PT for all sorts of injuries over the years, but I've never worked with a PT that was also a rock climber; hard to overstate how useful this is for a climber. Aaron actually understands the demands of the sport and the mechanics of how people use their bodies to rock climb. Working with Aaron resolved my injury in a few short months and I am back to climbing hard. The other thing great thing about Aaron is he actually knows how to listen. While some PT's act like they "know it all", Aaron was super willing to work through my specific injury and come up with very creative (and effective!) ways to address it.

Dr. Simon was a huge help on getting me back to feeling healthy and climbing my hardest! I hurt my finger months ago working on a climb, Aaron sat down with me and watched some footage I had taken to help me determine what movement and hold type caused the issue. He then worked with me to develop a plan to get my finger back to full health so I could feel confident on small holds again. I'm happy to report my finger is feeling stronger than ever and I recently sent some of my hardest most finger-intensive climbs! And he's helped me develop a long term plan going forward to help reduce risk of injuries like this in the future. If you're a climber nursing an injury I would highly recommend Dr. Simon. It's great to have a fellow climber provide care since he knows the details of our sport and the kind of injuries our bodies can face because of it. Plus the peace of mind knowing you're in the capable hands of a professional that will be monitoring your progress and tweaking things as needed.

Aaron is a phenomenal PT and his focus on climbing specific injuries is unique, tailored, in-depth, and reassuring. I came to him with pain in my ring finger from crimping hard on a route, suspecting a pulley injury. I wanted to be cautious and get it checked out before continuing climbing on it and making it worse. During the appointment, Aaron did a thorough intake by asking me about the movement patterns on the route, how long I've been climbing for, the hold sizes that I am grabbing and what my typical climbing week looks like, in addition to past injuries. He took into account a recently-healed AC joint injury in my shoulder as possibly contributing to the movement patterns that led to my finger injury. He then measured my range of motion as well as conducted palpating tests, and concluded with an ultrasound to verify his findings. It turned out that I had an A4 partial tear (grade 1 pulley injury). While minor, it requires PT to rehab correctly before I can safely start climbing again. Aaron followed up with a thorough plan on how I should program my recovery PT, including hangboarding, finger exercises, and a few other exercises as well. Rather than prescribing a strict protocol he gives a "guideline" of what I should follow and consider as I progress my PT, forcing me to think about how I can self-educate myself as well and be the guide of my own treatment. If you're on the fence about PT, I would hands down consider going to Aaron for an appointment. He'll educate you and set you on the right path to success so that you feel fully confident in how to go about rehabbing your injury. It's so much more reassuring than guessing on your own and then potentially hurting yourself even more.

I went to see Aaron after I suffered a lumbrical injury to my hand/finger. He is extremely knowledgeable, develops excellent and attainable goals/therapy plans, and is very professional. He's also just a rad guy and makes the journey through injury and rehab something to look forward to. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Aaron has wealth of knowledge that can be applied practically to get your body working again! I was climbing and hiking a lot, and my body was hurting from it. I found a lot of helpful exercises and stretches online but they didn't get me back to normal. I had multiple issues, some I've delt with long term and some that were more recent from pushing it too hard. Aaron was able to figure out where the pain was coming from and how to fix it. Best part was he taught me what was happening so I could take care of myself better. Each visit he came up with a new/revised exercise routine that was easy to follow. I finished PT/rehab 2 months ago and I've been doing well. Sometimes I push it too hard and get some pain again in problem areas but now I know the exact stretches and exercises to do to get back to normal on my own. If you enjoy outdoor rec and need a Doc definitely go check out Onsight Movement!

Hey.. I visited Vegas for about 6 weeks since my son trains and races BMX there. My daughter climbs at Pad , Henderson . On one of my visits to Pad, I considered meeting Aaron as I had a nagging pain on my left knee. This was a concern as I was training for a 15 day trek in the month of May and obviously the knee being stable and pain free was important. Aaron made his assessment over a session and incorporated some mobility work around my ankle. The set of exercises he prescribed made a difference in a week. On the first review after a week, the pain was down to a scale of 2-3 and I was able to comfortably put in practise hikes at Vegas . He modified few of these exercises and I’m seeing enormous benefits from these. After this we addressed a chronic shoulder pain. His assessment was indepth and we found a lot of imbalances on the right shoulder though my original concern was on the left side. I have a prescribed set of exercises that I’m working on and seeing a continuous improvement. In my opinion the role of a PT is very critical for both athletes and not athletes. As we start working with our bodies , expert help and guidance solicited helps us go a long way. Aaron is patient and puts in quality time with his clients. Good Luck!!
