Caroline Kennedy provided PT for my hip replacement. She was attentive to all my concerns and my goals. She created a program that was just right for me. Her professionalism and knowledge were excellent. And she provided all services with warmth and compassion, and she provides one on one therapy, no shuffling around!! Awesome PT and person!!

Very strange experience. All seemed to be going well on my first visit, the therapist seemed knowable & nice enough but in fact seemed a little distracted. When it came time to book the remaining series of appointments I was told they could not add me to the schedule for three weeks! I can't understand why I was even booked for the first appointment if they couldn't continue the series or the larger question is why was I not told about this fact - so I could decide if I wanted to wait or go elsewhere. It left me wondering about the leadership that would allow them to book patients that can't actually accommodate. They wasted my time but more importantly they were not honest about it.

Wonderful place. Staff very patient and accommodating. Lots of tools here to help people recover.

Fantastic. The therapists know exactly what to do to help me recover. Their exercise prescriptions are tailored to my injury, creative, and varied. They are sensitive and kind.

The staff is unfailingly supportive and knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and and thoroughly professional. Definitely my best experience with PT!
