ONS Stamford Physical Therapy

My ONS PT experience was great. Deborah was fantastic in helping me to rehab my knee. She was incredibly patient-centric. Love the model of the Stamford location of the Physical Therapists working with patients for the duration of the appt. By contrast in at the small Wilton location, I only spend 10-15 mins with the physical therapist with a tech walking me through the exercises for the remainder of the appointment while the PT types away at a laptop. Stamford is far and away better. I will say the front desk receptionist in Stamford always seemed a little flustered whenever I went in there. Lots of sighs, taking a personal call in the office and then making comments under her breath. A little awkward.

My Therapist Alison was amazing. I had a big Neck and shoulder problem for years now. I was in so much pains and my neck was so tight. She got it loosen. I’m actually in less pain now and my body felt more relaxed. I’m so thankful and grateful for people like this.

I have significant and frequent back and right hip pain which so many golfers experience. I doubt that I will ever get rid of it completely but the professional help that I have received at ONS in Stamford has got me to the point where I can play without pain. That is a very significant piece of therapy and I believe I will be able to play golf for years to come even though I am 77 now.

ONS PT is the best! Recovery from injury and surgeries are guaranteed with their in house and home exercise programs.

My experience was a positive one in all areas. I highly recommend ONS for rehabilitation. I mainly worked with Steven Mazzarisi and I can’t say enough about his excellent care and positive attitude. He was always a professional and smart in his suggestions. He made getting better almost fun! In addition all of the assistants that worked with him were professional, caring, conscientious and engaging. Everyone contributed to my recovery in a positive manner. Thank you.

ONS Physical Therapy provides a safe, professional environment for successful rehabilitation after surgery. My therapist is Sydney Wilson DPT and she is easy to work with. Sydney has excellent communication skills. She pays close attention to how I’m doing and actively plans for next steps for my improvement.

Tara and Nick at ONS Physical Therapy have helped me after knee surgery to strengthen and get the mobility back I had lost. Their knowledge, care and support has made all the difference in my recovery. I rely on their expertise to continue to improve with each session. A simple "thank you" doesn't seem be enough but thank you to the whole staff for helping me return to my normal dailyactivities.

Charlotte Huang is the very first physical therapist I’ve had the pleasure of helping me heal my frozen shoulder. It was incredibly painful before Charlotte got involved. She is talented, warm and caring! Just what I needed! My shoulder has improved quite a bit in my short time working with her!
