I wish I could leave zero stars. These are the most disrespectful public servants I've ever ment. An emergency room that won't give u anything for pain or comfort, make u wait over 3 hrs and still not seen. I tried to talk her into going to the seven cities. Next time it's the first choice bcuz u may literally die waiting on this hospital. Update: the nurses in the back are nicer...

Literally all they’re gonna do is check you for Covid and tell you what you already know. Absolutely no help whatsoever and NEVER answer any of the questions that I have. There’s only a select few doctors that are good and they’re pretty rare to get. I can assure you that if I literally went in with a very infected cut, all they would do is check me for covid and send me on my way. I know this because it’s literally happened with an infected piercing that made me sick.

I love the staff, and Dr Stiles! I was not a patient here before, but I'm switching now. They've all gone out of their way to help me, more than once. I have an extreme fear of doctors, but this office makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Hall is exceptional. The phone situation? Not so much. I'm still waiting on a call back, according to the priority. Well, the open wound apparently isn't important, because the facility closes in half an hour. I bought supplies and redressed it. Smh.

This is little more than a COVID 19 screening clinic. I needed to get in about chest pains and problem with what appeared to be Bronchitis. I could not even see the person performing the diagnosis. I just got a call, you are COVID Free Congratulations. Needless to say, I finally go to a doctor who sent me to a Cardiologist.... and all after some simple checks. Don't go here unless you want a COVID 19 screening. My only regret is not calling in and speaking to management sooner.

Went there after testing positive for covid and was told to go home and take ibuprofen. What a joke of a medical facility! Would not even entertain a script for paxlovid. Never go there again and may face legal ramifications.

Their problem is, there's just not enough staff. I was there for a while, but they were completely nice. Helpful, respectful and informative. They just need more staff in a bigger center.

The calling situation is getting better, I think. The doctors are good. :-)
