I called OneSite therapy and was able to speak with Catherine Crawford about my neurologist’s recommendation for Lymphedema Massage. She reassured me regarding insurance questions and scheduled my first session. I felt very comfortable during Catherine’s assessment as she took measurements of the swelling in my arm, back, and chest. We set a course of treatment for twice weekly during which Catherine also educated me with self-care techniques I could continue at home. She is exceptionally kind and professional. OneSite Therapy has been a life changing experience since I had an accident and broke my wrist requiring surgery. I went to therapy elsewhere for a couple of visits without a great experience and on the advice and referral from my surgeon I started going to Catherine Crawford at OneSite. On my visit appointment I knew I was where I needed to be! I actually felt like I went from Walmart to Saks Fifth Avenue!! Catherine’s attention to her patients is exceptional! She is educated and experienced in her field of expertise. The facility is calm and welcoming. Your time there matters and your success is in her mastering techniques. To say therapy is enjoyable is an understatement! Was it tough, yes, but I looked forward with each appointment as I progressed and Catherine cheered me on! I left with a clear understanding of what I needed to do until the next visit to reach my goal of being as close to 100 percent as I could be. I came to see Catherine with a severe case of lymphedema of my leg from cancer surgery. She immediately outlined a plan of action to reach my goal of getting my lymphedema under control and stabilized so I could be fitted with garments for long-term control of the swelling.
