O'Neill Healthcare Fairview Park

Thankfully my mom was only in there for 20 days of rehab but the facility really isn't good and I could NEVER recommend. My poor mom wasn't incontinent but sat in dirty diapers for hours and I'd have to clean her up every day when I went to visit. I'd call a nurse for help and half an hour later Noone showed and I'd just do it myself. Please look elsewhere for your loved ones, it really is poor care here. One aid was exceptional and I wish the rest were like her.

The facility has good and bad aspects, like all of this type of facility. That said, Sunny is amazing, hard working, caring, super energetic and interested in patient comfort. Diamond saved my brother’s life by identifying the need to do urgent blood work and preventing him from a heart attack. Thanks to both of them.

Our father needed a skilled facility and there were 37 on the approved insurance list . I physically visited 5 of them . O’Neil was recommended by a close friend. My family met Admissions Coordinator Jelena J. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to select O’Neil . ALL of the staff has been wonderful. There are roll in showers , small wardrobe with a dresser , TV with many channel selections , the A/C and heat worked well in the rooms. The meals very each day and weekly with a menu and there are additional items the guest could choose. Medications are provided in a timely manner as is the changing of undergarments. The therapy can be done in room or the large facility on the 1st floor. They have a small chapel, a small cafe , beauty shop. Our family was happy with our choice .

Our 99 year old Mom had a long hospital stay. When it came time for rehab we did a lot of research. After visiting several facilities we selected O’Neill Fairview Healthcare. We met with the Director of Admissions Jelena who guided us through the admissions process. She gave us a comprehensive tour of this beautiful facility including the state of the art Physical Therapy wing. She explained and managed all of the insurance paperwork and coordinated all details with the hospital. She was instrumental when we were making our final selection. We are so happy with the facility, Thank you Jelena for your wonderful caring efforts for our Mom! :)

Therapy is awesome and got me doing better to go home. Activities was also great. The administrator and the supervisor on the skill floor were very good to me.

My mom stayed here in October to rehab after a lengthy hospital stay. It’s so hard and scary to find a place for a loved one and often you don’t get much time to research the facilities. Long story short, you don’t have to worry about your loved one when they are here. Food is good. Staff seems to care. Families are welcome (I brought my two small children).There were times it took them a while to get to my mom’s room when she called them. She also was given a hard time when she asked to take a shower and was told it ‘wasn’t her day’. Elizabeth, the social worker, cares about her job and wants to be helpful. I wasn’t impressed with the head of the facility and some of the nurses. Overall, if you are stressed about choosing a place for a family member like I was, you can have peace of mind about this place.

Such a beautiful facility! The staff members are caring and attentive. The residents look happy and are always smiling when you see them in the halls! There is ALWAYS a fun event happening for the residents and staff! You will NOT find a more knowledgeable and capable therapy department anywhere you search! They truly are TOP NOTCH! If you are looking/ in need of Skilled/ Long term nursing facilities, look no further!
