One to One Physical Therapy & Aquatics

August 18 2024 To whom it may concern, I had an exceptional experience with one to one physical therapy. Their thorough and personalized care made a huge difference in my recovery. I want to thank Scott, my dedicated aquatic physical therapist, and Kenny, the gym therapist, for their support and expertise. Special thanks also to the friendly girls at the front desk who greeted me by my name every morning. When I started, I could barely walk without a cane due to a fall I had in February. Thanks to their comprehensive treatment plan, I graduated yesterday and can now walk without a cane. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing physical therapy! I've been going to One to One for over 3 years now. I started out as an Aquatics patient and then graduated to their Wellness program for Aquatics. Scott, the Aquatic therapist is amazing. Not only do I have less pain in my back, neck and knees, my balance better. I've witnessed Scott's therapy helping others as well. I highly recommend him and One to One. I've kept up my maintenance plan now for 3 years. I've never stuck to any kind of exercise for that long. Thank you, Scott!

After recommendations from friends and neighbors, it is with great pleasure that i observe first hand and praise the devoted 5-6 therapists and staff who work at One-On-One Physical Therapy. The facility has a pool. I have been a recent patient for the last two months, after a serious hard fall on the back of my head on a hard floor of my bathroom. I have been blessed, and it’s with great pleasure that i choose to single out regina, who has been my consistent therapist. I refer to her as my miracle worker. Her dedication and specific exercises she sequentially has me follow have paid off. She even showed me how to get in and out of my car properly! After feeling nearly crippled, i feel that my spine is healing, the pain has considerably lessened, and i am beginning to wall properly again with the temporary use of a cane. She has made a dramatic difference in the overall quality of life. Regina truly has the passion for her field.

My physical therapist Sandra is excellent. She is very gentle and has shown me exercises to really help my condition.she genuinely takes an interest in my care. I would recommend her to anyone I know that needs physical therapy.

I can’t say enough about the staff and the quality of the care I received at One to One. The staff at One to One from the receptionists to the physical therapists are all friendly, professional and PATIENT. I saw Dr Sean Doan for a EMG study and he was very professional, gentle and explained in detail the entire procedure and what I could expect. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with an effective treatment plan. Sheila was my therapist and she was beyond awesome. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Don’t be fooled by her kindness. She makes you work 😀. I have a history of orthopedic issues and have been to many physical therapy places. Often the therapists would have me and other patients at the same time. One to One is a stand out because they literally give you one-on-one care. When Sheila worked with me she was only working with me and no one else. I had her full attention for 45 mins. Something not seen in many other places. I highly recommend One to One Physical Therapy and Aquatics to anyone who is in need of physical, occupational or aquatic therapy. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing 1-1 PT has a pool for therapy! Scott the Aqua therapist is helpful and kind. The pool is always warm and comfortable. The equipment is therapeutic help to strengthens my body. Worth at try Soothing and a great gentle water workout! Thank you TSH

Visited the Delray Beach location to recieve my initial therapy session with "Stacey". Upon meeting her, I was curious of her background and calmly asked her professional background in therapy. She immediately responded in a defensive tone advising she had 3 years experience and stated " I only have 30 minutes in your session!" She seem rushed and frustrated. After 10 minutes of her responding negatively to any questions I asked, I sat up and asked her name again. She refused to provide me her name. I immediately walked to front desk to make my complaints of her unprofessionlism. Maybe she was having a bad day, but professionalism is always expected ! The incident really put a negative stain on my opinion of the company if this behavior is accepted and not corrected. I advised Sean and the front desk that their employee's conducted made me decide to no longer be a patient at this location!

Love this place. Gina is an amazing therapist annd has been vital in my recovery and the front desk staff are always helpful, quick and kind. Thank you Jackie and Gabby!
