I’ve been coming to One to One for about a month now and from the time I walked in the door I felt the concern and compassion of what’s expected from a therapy location. Danielle was the first to welcome me and explained the process. Then I was introduced to Laurel, my therapist. She too showed empathy and concern towards me. She’s fantastic and is an asset to One to One. Over the few weeks I got to know the other therapists and saw the same compassion in Kirra too. If anyone should need a PT or OT, you shouldn’t have to look any further than One to One because their name says it all!

Physical therapist Lauren Duffy helped me heal my hand much more quickly after reconstructive hand surgery. She kept me moving and strengthening when I was very sore, in a wonderful, personalized program. I highly recommend the One to One PT facility.

The team at One 2 One is exceptional and amazing. Unfortunately, I had to have a second trip to physical therapy, but I didn't hesitate to go to One 2 One again, as they did such a great job. Highly recommend if you happen to need treatment!

front desk staff Danielle needs some communication training and customer service skills . She is the first person you see upon coming in facility and she has a condescending tone and is rude. I had a few more sessions scheduled and was there today to discuss with Kira if the future appts should be cancelled and to assess my progress. Having to deal With Danielle at 755 am with her attitude was just miserable. I noticed she had an attitude in the past but I ignored it but today it was just disgusting . I made small talk about my insurance and she just was so sassy and condescending. I told her she could cancel my future appts and she stated “I already did with a sassy tone and smirk” oddly idk why she had already cancelled my future appts when I had a few more left and it was up to my PT after the assessment if they should be cancelled or not . None the less at my age I don’t need to have the start of my morning as a paying customer to be treated like garbage. I did let her know communication is 20 percent what you say and 80 percent how you say it and let her know her tone intonation and demeanor spoke volumes and she’s rude . I suggested she get professional development on communication . “Sorry bout that “ was her response again in a tone not conducive to actually caring . I ended up leaving and walking out without my session as I don’t need to have my blood pressure spiked before a pt session or my cortisol spiked when I’m arriving to a medical facility to receive treatment for pain. I’m baffled anyone would want her as the first person you deal with for their business . The other therapists I interacted with were kind funny knowledgeable, it was just the woman at the front desk that has ruined the experience. Kira I still feel is a great PT and still feel she is quality but am not giving the facility the original rating due to poor quality customer service with the front desk staff .

I just had a great experience with my rehab therapy at One To One. I had a back and hip problem and after just a few weeks of work there am completely pain free. The therapists are very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend One To One.

One to One physical therapy has been a wonderful help to me, restoring the use of my knee after total knee replacement. The staff is upbeat, knowledgeable, kind, patient and encouraging. I also appreciate that the therapist does not let me slack off when I’m there because I don’t want to do an exercise because it is hard, or hurts a bit. .. so we laugh! A great place for recovery!

I really enjoyed my sessions at One to One in Boynton. My legs were weak when I started, but my strength has definitely improved. I worked mostly with Kyra, Dorothy, and Tom for therapy and Danielle for scheduling. They were all terrific: Professional, kind, patient, and they made it fun. I’m having surgery in September and look forward to going back again for post-op rehab. Thanks very much!!

OnetoOne has been my go to place for physical therapy for improved mobility and strength. I’m a senior who had been physically very active, but back problems have plagued me since my 40s and, with age, I’ve had some deterioration and arthritis. Kira, my PT, has quickly helped me get into better shape, reduce pain with better strength and mobility, and provided me with a routine of stretches and exercises to do at home. She is extremely qualified and knowledgeable. Laurel has been working on my neck and upper back - another outstanding therapist. The atmosphere is cheerful and encouraging. I’ve been to different physical therapists over the years, but OnetoOne has totally met my expectations and exceeded any PT and OT that I’ve had elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and it’s easy to schedule appointments.
