My doctor recommended this location. It is convenient to get to from work and also easy for me to get home. I am so impressed with the care regimen that Francis has provided for me, not to mention the empathy that he displays while working with you. Also recommending similar activities that you can do at home. Z is also amazing, he makes working towards your recovery doable although it is painful. I am so happy to have this jewel of a service in my neighborhood. Thank you One for such a great experience

My experience here at One Step Therapy so far is great. I remember walking in there for the first time couldn’t even walk properly. Am on my second week of therapy and feel like am getting back to myself already which is so good. And I can’t forget the good staff, they are so welcoming, supportive and entertaining I must say, you are sure to leave there with a relaxing mind and a smile on your face at the end of every session. 🙌🏾💯

One Step Physical therapy is a best therapy by far. The staff here are friendly and they try to cater to all their patients needs. The environment is very clean and the hours are very convenient so you can’t miss out any opportunity not to come. Zayrei very friendly and professional encounter.

I have been coming here for a while and one step is extremely good to their patients. They work well with each client. They are very respectful and each client has an individual plan and treatment. I’m happy to be able to find such a great place on Church Avenue near public transportation. It’s also a clean facility. The staff are wonderful and friendly .The massage chair is an additional plus to the people that get their therapy.

Great, positive atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. My Therapist's Jasmine and Zayrei took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and developed a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. Over the course of my sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels, mobility, and overall strength. Everyone is patient, attentive, and always encouraged me to push myself in a safe and effective manner. They also provided me with valuable exercises to continue at home, which helped speed up my recovery.

It’s been four months coming here and ever since, gotta say the service is amazing. It is not too packed in the morning time. I take therapy for my knee and with their help, it’s improving.

My experience at One Step Therapy was amazing. When I got there my body was aching. Now I’m feeling great especially that massage chair 👌👌👌👌👌. The staff is superb and entertaining. Makes your day. I will continue coming and will sure recommend this place.
