One Shot Automotive

After having my vehicle for about 2 weeks and me paying over 1800 I get the vehicle back with the abs light off but the issue I dropped it off for a hot wheel is still there. I drove it 30 miles and can't touch the wheel. I am expecting this to be resolved tomorrow. I have had a neighbor follow me up and drop the vehicle back at your shop to be there when you OPEN. I'm beyond upset. You said 100% this was the issue. Updates Dropped off first thing following morning. They took vehicle and said they would look into it. I told the manager politely how badly this needed to be rectified l, that I could not continue to give money and that it needed to be done in a timely manner. When asked if he agreed he said simply said yes. I came here originally because of the 4star plus reviews. I'm praying they live upto them and will update as it goes.

I dropped my 93 caprice off that had been in several shops for the same issue, but they all kept missing the mark. It was the initial phone call that had I did that sold me on their level of expertise. Dropped it off with the intentions on coming back in a month due to a new job. But they called days later with repairs done and honest visions on other things needed. Great job, one shot see you guys soon.

I wasn't going to add a review until reading through some of the reviews left by others. I've use One Shot Automotive many tires to have tires put on my cars. Four times total, once replaced a belt on one of my cars. I recently took my other car to have pulley installed and had a few hiccups with the situation. However I can honestly say from experience that the owner himself, was more than willing to deal with the obstacle. Not only correct the issue but he went above and beyond what was asked and expected. I will continue taking all my cars here. You don't find many places that will go out of there way to make sure there customers are happy and satisfied. The owner of One Shot Automotive does!

Good shop, mechanics do good work, owner is fair and easy to work with. Best tires and alignments in the market though. Good crew

Always reasonable, helpful, and provides excellent service. I never have worry about the quality of work or care for my car.

I reached out to one shot sometime last week on Friday and schedule an appointment for Tuesday, 27FEB. So far they’ve been extremely polite and courteous, upon calling and stating my vehicle, and I need some brake work done, they were helpful and quick to give me the quote, they didn’t leave me on hold so that was nice. I was quoted right around the $612 range (almost $300 cheaper than another local brake shop in Enterprise) for all four brakes and pads, hourly rate and taxes/fees so after the service is done, I update my review! Fingers crossed 🤞

The service tech asked me to be there at 7:30 and I was in and out so quickly for my vehicle tire rotation. Friendly service people. I highly recommend.
