One Oak Medical

The staff and doctors are great, but I have called already 5 times this morning and nobody has picked up the phone yet. This has happened several times when I have tried to call for an appointment or referrals.

I've been to the new facility one time so far. It is such a breath of fresh air so clean and new and all of the services that are offered it's very exciting for Wetumpka. I would however like to see a rheumatologist brought to Wetumpka in the near future, that would truly make my life much easier. In reading over the pamphlet, I am so excited about all of the services that are now offered here. I will no longer have to constantly travel to Montgomery or Prattville. Great place for any medical needs!! The doctors And all Employees are soo nice and caring!!!! Don’t go anywhere else!! You’ll be glad you gave them a try!!

It's very difficult to get someone to answer with appointments. I normally have to call several times throughout the day to get someone to pick up.
