If you are low income dont bother with this company. I tried to make an appointment but they require a $50 deposit to do so. Im on SSI I dont have that to spare. Even if it's refundable. They still couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Not having that extra $50 would really hurt. (Even more than the physocal pain I'm already in). I will say the receptionist was polite though. My rating is 2.5 stars. Because that policy shows they don't care about the patient. It's only about the $$$.

One Accord Physical Therapy is the place to go. If you are needing physical therapy the doctors at One Accord are very professional and to the point. I admired the efficiency of the Casa Grande office and staff, never had a wait longer than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment to see my doctor.

I can't rate the treatment because I never made an appointment. I was asked to give a $50 deposit over the phone, more than my copay, to a business I'd never been to for a service I had yet to receive. The soonest they could see me in Casa Grande was a month from now. The hubris and disrespect is appalling; regardless of the money being refunded at the time of service. As patients, are we refunded for a canceled appointment or having to wait to be seen by an overbooked provider who thinks their time is more valuable than ours? We matter more than their balance sheet. Take it from me folks, one who has been to PT countless times for most of my body parts, Google the exercises for your diagnosis, go to Amazon for ice/ heat packs and a TENS unit, get a cheap gym membership, and visit a friend with a pool. If a medical provider is more concerned with your money than your health, they're in the wrong business; and it seems like that's all this is to them, a business. You can ask your referring provider to refer you to a different facility or do- it- yourself. Places like One Accord need you more than you need them.

Why do you constantly cancel appointments? It’s getting very aggravating. Be better

One Accord has been successfully treating me for several years due to chronic back pain, shoulder replacement, and most recently, major foot reconstruction surgery. Dr. Ashley Berry has helped me thru the rehab of my foot; from learning to use crutches before the surgery, to now putting the finishing touches on my flexibility and balance. The compassion and warmth of Ashley and the One Accord staff has been amazing! Thank you One Accord.

Ashley Berry was extremely interested in my recovery from back surgery. With her listening skills and extensive knowledge of physical therapy, I am able to keep myself comfortable with the exercises she provided. I highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend Dr Ashley Berry at One Accord, Casa Grande. She identifies your issues and prescribes the best PT treatment for your needs and abilities and the exercises to overcome them. Ashley listens, is compassionate and I consider her a good friend. She has helped me avoid back surgery and I have gone from barely walking to dancing again. You can't go wrong with Ashley at One Accord. Thanks, Sandi

Undoubtedly the best experience I've had with a medical institution in my life. My PT Monica was never dismissive of my problems, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in giving me a regimen to follow. I spent almost a year just 'dealing with' my lower back pain, then going to chiropractors, and doing yoga. None of this helped the way following her plan did, even after just one week of going I felt better. I was, of course, fortunate enough to have insurance that covered this, and my doctor to refer me too, unfortunately high barriers for many. It was well worth going, and I cannot recommend this enough over 'alternative methods' because I tried them too and this really works.
