Ashley and her staff helped me to build strength and control intense pain as I waited 2 years for knee replacement surgery. After surgery last week everyone has been amazed at how little pain I have and how good my range of movement is, thanks to the therapy protocol that Ashley had me follow prior to surgery. Mixed in with professionalism they displayed humor and true caring for their patients! I highly recommend OnTrak!!

Ashley and Julia are the best! My first session was for my back after my physical therapy my back issues are a thing of the past, I continue to do exercises that the Ladies provided for me. I'm back for my knee, I had a meniscus repair surgery and I'm so glad I'm able to have my Physical Therapy here, I'm at the best care ever! If anyone is looking for an amazing physical therapy place this is the place to go! They are located inside up to par. I have been going here for my knee and about to be going to them to try to help my migraines and so far they have been doing an amazing job! It’s such a positive experience. Other places I have been it’s always awkward and not very welcoming or comfortable or a friendly welcoming environment, and so I tended to just stop going but since I have been going here I have loved it. The staff/employees are super friendly and they have been greatly helpful with trying to getting my knee back to normal/helping the pain/discomfort I have had after my surgeries/injury to it. 10/10 recommend and I will always try to recommend them to anyone I come across that’s looking for a Physical Therapy place.

I have had a wonderful experiences with all the staff. They made me feel so comfortable and are very knowledgeable and skilled. I ended my PT on my spine. and my feet with great results. The spine related pain and nerve issues are completely resolved. My feet are a lot stronger and I have less pain and I was instructed in all of the exercises I need to do to at home to continue improving. I have had a very positive outcome and highly recommend ON TRAX PT.
