The best therapy experience I've ever had. Finished my therapy today and I am so happy with the results. 100% better. The staff so friendly and very professional, from the receptionist being so helpful,to the therapists, they absolutely know what they are doing, I recommend this place to anyone who is leaving with pain, discomforts, or just wanting to get back to where they were before. Joe was awesome, he worked with me and absolutely made it happen for me. Thank you Joe, I will forever be grateful

Staff is awesome, made me feel very comfortable and explained what was going on with me and how to fix it in a way that I was able to understand. They are very encouraging, knowledgeable, courtesy is fantastic, they listen to my concerns and set clear goals for me, flexible with scheduling, overall is a great place to get healthy and get your life back on track. I have been receiving treatment at the Country Club location for the past 3 weeks and I am about halfway done. The staff has been fantastic. Each one of the therapists are always willing to help and make you feel comfortable as soon as you begin. They have helped be so much in my therapy i am so grateful for them.

Worst place ever. I particularly asked several times if my insurance will cover and they said yes. I only need to pay 50 dollars copay each time and that’s it. Then they billed my insurance. On the claims it showed I paid 0 dollars co pay and actually they are not within my insurance network. But they still told me that’s not true, I need to pay extra 65 dollars each time because I haven’t reached my deductible amount. And, if insurance doesn’t cover, for self pay patient the amount should be much less than then they bill through insurance. And each time on person works with several patients at a time and you have to wait between each set of exercises. 115 dollars each time is ridiculous

I admittedly was late to do paperwork and the front desk young lady was very nice and patient and even let me park my bike in the back closet (nowhere to keep it outside) Katrina was nice and Crystal who helped with exercises, was as well. However, it was somewhat an impersonal intake. I understand typically an older crowd in for PT, and it was a friendly, joking environment with the staff. Just a little off for me, my check out was robotic, “she can go with anybody” I understand this is maybe true, I just am looking for more personal care. As a former college and professional athlete, it has been hard to find a place that isn’t just rolling out exercises and 2x/week visits without clearly creating a plan. Because I understand this process, I know what is necessary and this just seemed like a cookie cut plan. I am not a regular yet so seemed like no big deal, not sure if she just assumed I would come back because she was nice.

So I have always not been a fan of Physical Therapy. Maybe it’s the place I was going to. I started physical therapy with On The Mend. And I have nothing but great things to say. They have made me feel so much better. My shoulder, wrist, back is all feeling so much better. I’m literally falling apart and they are helping me feel better already. The staff here is amazing. If you ever need a physical therapy place to go to. I highly recommend here. They are friendly, helpful, an awesome group of people to work with.

The staff is great. No nonsense. They care and are very attentive and personable. I don't dread the therapy and each PT tech works hard and each Therapist makes sure the patients are doing okay throughout our visits. I'm grateful for On The Mend.

Excellent description of procedures, wonderful experience of area manipulation at the origin of the pain, questions answered thoroughly and clearly, and exercises that give the area in need, a good workout. The three therapists I’ve had are excellent!
