On The Mend Occupational Medicine

Worst place ever to get a drug screening. Hardly anyone is here, and unfortunately they do not let you schedule a drug screening. But, patients are allowed to be scheduled, of course. I waited over 40 minutes to get my drug screening in and I wound up being late for work. Not a person in sight. So in summary, their patients are their priority and individuals who are needing a drug screening are NOT patients, therefore, we must waste our time, miss work, etc I would give this place 0 stars.

This is the most professional and personable doctors office I have ever been too. Dr. Walker, Nick, Dawn and the rest of the staff are kind very personable and understanding. They all take the time to listen and it seems like they really care. I'f this was a full time family practice I would definitely use them instead of Kaiser. Even though I was usually in pain seeing them, it made it enjoyable to actually go to the doctors. Just too bad they got rid of the coffee machine, nice perk. Oh and the office is clean and classy as well. Yes I have had to wait at times not too long, but it's usually always because some patient showed up late and they are willing to accept them. But this pushes back all the other people who show up on time.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was very nice, professional, and fast. Dr. Plotkin was very informative and honest about my injury. I was very comfortable and could talk to him about options very easily. I never felt rushed and he took his time to make sure he had the right treatment plan for me.

After spending an hour at this place, I was told I could not complete my assessment because there was no doctor and no one to fill in, and I'd have to take yet another day off from work and come back to complete it. Then when I tried to schedule another day, I was told the soonest I could be seen was several weeks out. You'd think if they were this busy, they would have more than just one doctor in the entire office. Don't waste your time.

Dr Walker and her staff provide great care and are invested in the wellness of their patients. Can’t say enough good about this practice.

Dr. Sharon Walker and her staff are an amazing group. They take the time to listen and truly care about the health and well being of their patients.

I have worked with this group for over a year and they are great. The front desk staff is friendly and the providers really care about their patients.

Super nice staff, I came here for a follow up after a workers comp claim for cutting off my finger with a band saw and I really appreciated how kind everyone was.
