On Target Pediatric Therapy

Just realizing I’ve never taken a moment to brag on this special place! My son has been a patient here since he was six months old. We’ve been patients of PT, OT, and Speech/Feeding Therapies and On Target has been such a blessing for us. The scheduling is a breeze, the office staff is knowledgeable and efficient and they’re always on top of communication between you and your insurance which is quite literally one of the biggest pluses. The facility is always clean, the gym is full of all kinds of interactive activities and everyone is SO patient. Special shout outs to Kendall, Kate, and Stefanie for being the best providers for us. We love On Target!

We are thrilled with our experience with On Target Therapy. The personal service and flexibility, especially during covid, has been tremendous. We wanted to specifically mention how impressed we are with the therapists. Not only did they give personal attention and care to our child, they really worked with the child. Understandably, our 2 year old did not always want to do the activity the therapist had planned for him. She rolled along with whatever he wanted to do and made that into the activity for him. She really maximized on our 30 minute sessions, making the most of our time there. We would highly recommend On Target Pediatric Therapy!

We started attending On Target when my son was only 6 months. He is still attending at 2 years old, mainly because how great his therapists are at helping him. We have seen him progress so much over this time period and I am grateful for all of the work his therapists do. His physical therapist was especially helpful during the start of the pandemic when everything switched to virtual services. All of his therapists have been gentle, understanding and caring, while making sure to communicate whenever there is a change or an issue. I appreciate that they work with me and always offer resources/exercises I can do at home with him.

Me and my family went to On Target pediatrics therapy for the first time we are very very grateful to have a great team like them they are very respectful polite and professional for understanding what my daughter needs we can't wait to return back there. Megan is very sweet she very nice and she's very respectful and professional but all On Target Pediatric Therapy went all in to help my daughter and I really really appreciate them. Keep up the great work .. and will see y'all soon .

Had a wonderful experience at On Target Pediatric Therapy. The speech therapist was very knowledgeable, patient and caring when working with my 2 year old. Appreciated how much she maximized the 30 minute sessions with us.

We've been with OTPT for nearly 2 and a half years and we love it here. The therapists are excellent about informing the parent what they are doing and WHY so that the parent can continue the therapy at home. My son is always excited to see his therapists and asks to "play" with them during the week.

Therapists too rough with my baby, made her cry then tried to act as my baby hurt herself. Not enough distance with patients, didn't really do any exercises. Waste of time don't recommend. I'm concerned the toys and mats are not sanitized between each use. I never see them wash their hands or sanitize before interacting with the child. Very chaotic.

Highly recommend this fantastic therapy practice! Mrs. Jennifer Friedman is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and will go to great lengths to help meet each family's specific, unique needs. Both of my children love their therapists (Ms. Megan and Ms. Mallery), who are both fantastic and amazing at working with children (and have been able to adapt to COVID in a smart, professional way).
