Omni in Fairfax, VA has been great to work with. My son a competitive soccer player first worked with Jose to improve fitness and strength. He then worked with both Dr. Courtney and Jose ongoing PT to help recover from some injuries and get back to his love. Playing soccer. We also sent my college age football playing son to work with Omni. Highly recommend!

Omni Wellness is my favorite place to get a massage in Fairfax. They take the time to get to know you and customize the treatment to what you need. Both my husband and I are happy clients.

The training at Omni Wellness & Performance is fantastic. I have been working with Jose for almost four years and he has prepared me so well. Going into second year of division one soccer, he had definitely prepared me strength and agility wise. On top of the training, the other accessible treatments are great. The sports massage provide great stretching and loosening of the muscles that truly do benefit the whole body.The sauna allows for my body to recharged. Again Omni Wellness and Performance continues to keep making me better physically whether strength, stretching, soreness, etc. Highly recommend for athletes wanting to get to the next level!

I have had physical therapy sessions with both Courtney and Jose at Omni conveniently located in Fairfax. Their nontraditional approach has been exactly what my body needed. I have tried many other PT places and chiropractic care for my painful back and neck. Nothing has helped like their treatment! It has been life changing in a short amount of time. The hands on, hour long sessions are incredible. No more doing reps while a PT counts or puts notes in their computer! Even though I feel so much better with their treatments, I will continue going to keep my body in line!

Had a great experience- I was experiencing pain in my lower back and came here for a sports therapy massage. Sara helped me understand the problem and answered all my questions! I also came here for plantar fasciitis and experienced relief for that issue as well! Sara also did a sports therapy massage for that issue and I am now pain free for both injuries 10/10 recommend coming here and am very grateful for this place
