The nurse or PA who conducted my physical was very thorough and friendly. It was nice to feel heard. Now that I’m getting older I want to stay on top of my health, and I believe with the labs and exams she ordered, I’ll be on track for a healthy future.
Jackie Carlton is one of the best Physicians Assistants I've seen! Intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and really listens! I appreciated the shared decision making for patient care she included in her care plan for me!
Very good 👍 The staff was great and the wait was short. Very pleased with the follow up phone calls. One suggestion though, please remove the stupid gender questions from your patient registration form, they are ridiculous. Thanks
Seriously trying to get someone on the phone from the referral department is so frustrating you have ppl from every department transferring you over and over again like how long does it take to get to the right department I’ve been on the phone for 25 minutes and still currently waiting this has got to be by far the worst service Omni has provided. Waited so long for them to tell me they do t have a fax machine to fax referrals over what office doesn’t have a fkn fax machine now a days so disappointed and dissatisfied with their service other than the dental department everything their is great. I would also like to add that they didn’t even give me an option to send via email. 😒if I can give no stars I would.

The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The PA Jackie does a great job at being thorough and explaining things pertaining to my care.
Everyone that I came into contact with, from front desk to the Dr. was very good and professional at their job. No long waits! The Dr. actually listened to me 😀 Happy about the variety of services available too. Regina Grace
I’ve never had any issues going into the Shafter location. Everyone has always greeted me kindly and professionally, Dr. Metter has always been sweet and of course professional. Her fill in/back ups have also been sweet. The other girls (I’m sorry I forget their title) who come in and check vitals and prep for the doc to come in are very professional as well.
