Omaha Physical Therapy Institute

My experience has been great so far at OPTI. I have learned a lot of great exercises I am already incorporating into my routines. Also, you can tell that Jack truly enjoys what he does, and it shows! Thank you!

I have been so fortunate to be a patient of Marc Hunley since I was referred for PT when he was with a different provider service. He did wonders in returning me to a higher functioning level. When I needed PT services again, I requested to be referred to Marc who had joined OPTI. I was so happy to follow him there as I have been impressed with the entire OPTI staff and their team treatment approach. All of the staff are friendly and caring, which begins when I arrive with Lori and Ally who are at the front desk with ready smiles for me. I have required PT numerous times following an auto accident. Once I found Marc and OPTI I requested to go to them for my treatment. My physician's office prefers OPTI also as they like the results and treatment their patients receive. Marc gives me excellent education on his treatment approach to specific problems. He gives me suggestions on ways I can prevent symptoms or improve how I am doing my exercises or movements. He is very patient, uses other team members as a resource to come up with ideas for any change in his plan approach. I love his infectious laugh and when I hear it, I know I am in good treatment hands! I can tell Brent and Katie have chosen their staff carefully so that everyone is focused on giving patients the care they deserve. I am glad I am one of those patients! I have referred friends to OPTI, and the best referral is for those who see me walk and move before and after my therapy have seen the difference OPTI and Marc have made for me.

Five stars for Emma at the front desk! She has the best customer service and is really fun to chit, chat with! I’ve had Mark as my physical therapist and he’s patient, and transparent with any questions that I have. Also, Tommy has good sense of humor and a positive demeanor. I like the fact that they recycle at this facility. Overall a great experience, thus far!

I greatly appreciate having my knee replacement therapy here at O.P.T.I. A group with a very positive outlook towards their clients and therapy objectives. It's been great working with Ashlie and benefiting from her knowledge and resourcefulness towards achieving my rehab goals. It's more motivational when someone is talking to you and working with you!

After a couple of disappointing encounters elsewhere, I tended to shy away from PT -- until I went here. Everyone from top to bottom is professional, attentive, a skilled listener, and an experienced problem solver -- not to mention quick to smile. There's even a sweet little Cavapoo eager to meet you. My post-chemo body has been resistant to recovery, but now I have hope!

Ashlie has been extremely helpful in my road to recovery from shoulder surgery, along with everyone else at Omaha Physical Therapy Institute as well. They are friendly, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. Physical therapy at OPTI is such a wonderful place to recover from injury. They don’t believe in pain or no gain, they understand how to gently coax healing. I’ve recommended them to good friends.

I had never been to physical therapy before, and it was a wonderful experience here! Emma, at the front, was very warm and welcoming. She even remembered my name every visit! Sara and Zack, both physical therapists, were amazing. I felt crazy at first for going because I had hurt my back months prior, and my back at the moment was fine. They validated my decision in making an appointment and taught me exercises and stretches to practice at home. Sure enough, I tweaked my back the other day and using the tools they taught me, my back is already feeling better. I highly recommend!
