10/10 I highly recommend! I’ll start by first saying thank you, Dr. Gonzaba! (Quick Back story) For the past 10+ years I have suffered and placed limits on myself due to knee discomfort. I like several others self diagnosed and tried home exercises without professional help. It wasn’t until I started focusing more on endurance training when the slight knee discomfort turned into real PAIN from a simple run. I found myself having to ice every night after a quick jog. For someone who lives an active lifestyle and just simply enjoys keeping my body functional, this was a serious problem! It seemed to have been only a matter of time before my knee would give out. Not only am I able to enjoy running again, but I have completed my first 70.3 Ironman! I couldn’t have done it without your help Will! Will truly listens to his patients goals and concerns, making each appointment tailored to your specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in his practice and was able to quickly identify and address deficient areas causing my knee pain.

I came to Dr Will with pain in my knees that sidelined me from triathlon training. He determined it was from overuse and lack of strength and flexibility. He designed a specialized rehab program for me over 4 visits. It was very valuable and effective. Not only did I have exercises to do at home, he also adjusted my bike fit and analyzed my run form to improve my overall performance and help guard against future injury. I gained a better understanding of my body and how to better sustain training. Dr Will was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to other endurance athletes.

Dr. Gonzaba is amazing. I am a distance runner and my training goals were derailed by a persistent injury. He has helped me return to running with confidence that I’ll be able to train for another marathon without the injury getting in the way, and he has also provided me with strength and mobility exercises to target relative areas of weakness, so that I might return from injury as an even stronger and more resilient runner.

Dr. Gonzaba has fitted several of my bikes - and, man, does it make a difference! Most recently, I brought in my cyclocross/gravel bike, which had really felt terrible. My wrists, shoulders and hips all hurt riding it. In the first few minutes of my first ride after his fit, it felt 1000 times better. Not only do I feel more comfortable on the bike, but I feel more powerful. Thank you, Dr. G!

Will is great!! He is very patient, knowledgeable, and he always finds the way to help in the best way possible. I arrived with several concerns, but my main issue was my knees, and after a couple of sessions of coming in and doing my exercises at home, I felt so much better. There’s been a couple of exercises that have been challenging, but Will is great at tailoring any exercise to my needs. My experience with Olmos Park Physio has been great, and I definitely recommend it!!

Will has been my bike fit person for almost 5 years. Every time I’ve seen him it’s been to do a fit on a different bike, new saddle, etc. Basically, I call Will when something has changed and I no longer feel right on the bike. He’s done an excellent job every time. This last time I had a cleat issue no one could resolve, not even my favorite bike shop. Will’s patient and methodical approach revealed that even though the cleat looked sound and the pedal grip was right, the cleat had some unusual wear that was enough for it to no longer hold. Thank you Will for always finding the right adjustment to get me back on the road.

I was referred to Olmos Park Physio by my running coach. I was dealing with some low leg pain, which later was diagnosed (by Dr. Will) as Posterior Tibial Tendinitis. I had some sessions with Dr. Will & Dr. Kev and they were both very knowledgeable. What I really enjoyed is the way they broke everything down to my level to help me understand why I was doing the exercises that they gave me and what they made me do during the visits. If something wasn’t clear they broke it down even further. I will say you HAVE to do the homework they give you or else it won’t help!! After my first visit I was feeling much better! I did a total of 4 visits (I believe) and by the last one I had seen tons of improvement. Sticking with the exercises they gave me I have no more pain and I’m fully ready to take on the Houston Marathon 2024! Thanks Dr. Will & Dr. Kev!

I’ve seen Will twice now for bike fits. He is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time to hear your concerns and explains what he’s doing for the fit and why it’s important. I appreciate the extra time he took to adjust my cleats and walk me through what to look for when I change them out. So many members of the cycling community use him and I will continue to recommend him as well!
