staff is extremely rude and doesn’t know anything that they are talking about. they can’t answer simple questions and refuse to give me information on when i can come back for a drug screening because their ONE person who can do the job is never there when i come in for an appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE UNEDUCATED PEOPLE! choose another quest!

Personal were friendly and professional. The service was quick and efficient. I’m very satisfy.

The tech(Jennifer )in the back that does testing is awesome. She always takes care of me and makes me feel comfortable. 🥰

This place is the worst apparently they only have one technician who can do drug screenings. Who is never there! Avoid this joke of a place at all costs

Staff in the front are rude. Went in for physical exam for my job and doctor wouldn’t give me my test results due to it was not paid from my pocket. My workplace paid for it so I can’t get my results. If I want it then I have to get them from my workplace. Pretty sure it’s a hipaa violation. Whether I paid for it or not, it still involves my health. I still have the right to know. The one star is that the MA was nice. Worst clinic I’ve been to so far.

Went in today for drug screening and Keisha was literally the coolest sweetest person I've dealt with in a medical facility! She was super fast and proficient plus gave me words of encouragement on future job! :)

Keisha is so timely and friendly and she’s so sweet and I just get in so fast very direct has a bubbly personality always gives me great compliments. I enjoy coming here to do my test, professionalism at its greatest.

I went in for a screening for work and front desk ladies were very pleasant as well as the nurse that did my screening. I was in and out within 20 min. This is a great place to go if you need a pre employment screening. Thanks! Happy new year
