I showed up here just miserable with back and nerve pain. After my second visit I started to feel so much better. I am in my second month of t treatment now and can’t explain how much better I feel. Bri and her staff including the front desk are literally magicians. Bri is treating my wife after her shoulder surgery as well and we are both very happy. I will never go to another Physical Therapist !! Thank you Oklahoma Physical Therapy Choctaw !!!

I just finished a course of PT at Oklahoma Physical Therapy-Choctaw for a back injury, and had an amazing experience. Michelle at the front desk was kind and helpful from the first time I called and did a fantastic job working around my schedule to get appointments scheduled. I worked with Dr. Martin, and he consistently took the time to listen to me and to understand my goals and concerns. He was quick to fine tune my plan of care as I progressed through therapy, explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and answered all of my questions patiently. I've been given a long term plan to help prevent further injuries, and I'm confident it is going to work. While I hope to never need PT again, but I would ABSOLUTELY not hesitate to recommend Oklahoma Physical Therapy--Choctaw to any of my family or friends. I will say to be very watching with the billing however. After my course of physical therapy this summer they sent me a bill for a copayment I had already paid and it took a while to get sorted out. I figured that was just a mistake, but now after my husband's PT in September the exact same scenario is happening again, which seems odd. Just be sure to double check your records before you pay any bills they send.

My experience was great. Professional and personalized care to meet my needs. They take the time to listen to the small details to best understand my problems. I have been to see this team more than once for different issues. Happy to say that the treatments and therapies were successful in helping my pain and address my injuries. Exercises were easy and targeted. They made sure I was able to do them most anywhere and double checked to assess that I was doing them properly. A+ . I would refer anyone of my friends, family or patients here!

I've been a plumber for 16 years and injured my shoulder in 2017. I had pain and low mobility ever since the injury. Shoulder and arm pain was something that kept me up and woke me up at night. After multiple MRI and chiropractic care it just never seemed to heal and work properly. I had a massage done and was referred to Dr Ben. Let me start by saying how professional and caring Dr Ben was. He listened to me on my problems and stated he thought he could help. He recommended dry needling and exercises to strengthen my shoulder. After 1 hour on my first visit I walked out of the office with my whole arm working with no pain. We scheduled two more visits for exercises and dry needling. Three visit in one week and I feel better than ever. He also explained things to do to help my overall health. I lived in constant pain for five years and Dr Ben healed my body with his knowledge and experience. I recommend anyone in pain to go see Oklahoma Physical Therapy before anyone else. Dr Ben is a miracle worker that wants to help his patients.

My experience was wonderful from the first call for appointment to my final session. The staff and Dr. Ben are very compassionate and helpful throughout the time of healing. Dr. Ben was able to rehab my injury to a point that my surgery for shoulder was able to be cancelled. I would highly recommend them!!!
