I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah through a friend when I pulled something in my back. I could tell I was in good hands when she got me in within 24 hours. After a thorough exam she created a game plan to get me back on my feet. She used a couple techniques that are new to me dry needling and red-light therapy but just after a couple visits, I am on the road back to my normal routine. You can tell she loves what she does by the attention to detail and care she takes with her clients! You are in good hands with Sarah.

Sara carefully listens to your issues, observes your movements, asks pertinent questions, and then, she creates a comprehensive, personal treatment plan. The treatment plan is not a “text book plan”, but a plan customized specifically for me, using the latest therapeutic techniques. In a short period of time, Sara has improved my range of motion, strength, and above all, she has decreased my chronic, intense pain. Sara is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.
